Parkeren was goed geregeld. Kamer stinkt naar sigaretten rook ondanks je een rookvrij kamer hebt geboekt. Het zou fijn zijn als er continue frisse lucht is bijvoorbeeld parfum.

Very nice and helpful staff. I had a standard room and these rooms are pretty small. Wi-Fi didn’t work properly. I guess tv was on satellite tv and didn’t work. They tried to fix it but still no luck.

Hayal kırıklığına uğradık! Mis gibi uyumayı beklerken korkunç derecede rahatsız ve sert yataklar sebebiyle bel ve sırt ağrısıyla uyandık. Sigara içilmeyen bir odada kalmamıza rağmen diğer odalarda içilen sigaranın kokusu bizim odamıza doluyordu. Bu nasıl oluyor? Ses yalıtımı çok kötü, diğer odalarda çekilen sifonlar, yapılan duşların sesini tamamen odada duyuyorsunuz. Şikayetlerimizi lobide anlattığımız halde hiçbir indirim veya başka bir telafi önerisi yapılmadı. Bedavacı değiliz ancak iyi bir ücret ödeyip kaldığımız otelde en azından bunu beklerdik.

A nice place if you need to stay fairly close to Menemen. Non smoking rooms may not be available on the quite side. Your room may face the noisy road. Rooms are aoundproof, but if you need to open the window, it will be a problem. Self parking available. 194 TL is too expensive for a hotel guest.

On the sixth floor where I stayed, the shower does not drain and if one person takes bath, the next person in a pool of dirty water to take bath... No solution --all the rooms have the same problem... No ironing board / you need a taxi or car to even step out of the hotel.. The blinds between the toilet and bedroom is basically a peep show kind. My son complained that he could see the profile of the person who takes bath.. Food is very expensive and the surrounding area is so noisy I will not recommend this to others.

einfach perfekt
Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr höflich und freundlich. Ich hatte die Gelegenheit, mit einigen von ihnen zu plaudern. Besonders Basri abi hat sich um uns gekümmert. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Ich fühlte mich wie zu Hause. Wir danken an jeden einzelnen von euch.

Only bed is comfy
Only One personnel at check-in with extremely long waiting time. Likewise, check out was also very slow. There is a very small fitness center hidden in a vault, with no proper fitness equipment. Parking is problematic with all cars irregularly parked. Also too much traffic around hotel.
