I had to cut my trip short because they did not tell us there is a building site next door and the sound and dust was terrible. They refused to even give a refund and instead of staying the full week I stayed only few days and left. There was towels placed in front of the main entrance there is no way to take your luggage up the main stairs if your handicapped.

They posted pictures for the standard room that shows that you can choose between 1 double bed or 2 twin beds so i booked 2 twin beds when i arrived they told me that they have only double bed room available, after arguing more than 40 minutes the staff accepted to call the manager , the manager upgrade the room from from standard to suit it was nice action from him but we argued too much until we took this result!

It’s a bit different from the professional pictures. Some staff were very caring but others not. The hotel organizers were loud at the breakfast place, which is a no go ! They should do their business in an office not at a breakfast place! I wanted to extend 2 nights more but they said it’s fully booked but when I was checking out they extended for a local! Very unfair! I called the manager and complained! Couldn’t like the environment either.

The location and the hotel itself is perfect - I would definitely recommend it to people. It is also close to Airport Shuttle Bus pick up location - so if you need this, you should book this hotel area. Staff was all friendly. I am glad I booked through Expedia - because booking through the hotel directly would be 30 percent more expensive :)

Excellent séjour
Fantastique séjour dans cet hotel, très bien placé, les chambres sont grandes et la salle de bain est spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. La piscine est très bien et il n’y avait pas beaucoup de monde.

Hotel good, well placed, good. To be noted: We booked a day trip though the hotel to visit Ephesus with a guide. The visit was good, but the guide made 3 stops to visit boutiques which provided him kickbacks: a leather shop (very expensive), a carpet shop (very expensive) and a local small product shops (very expensive also). In the last shop we bought very expensive sweet rolls and suncream. The suncream was not working properly and we realized back home that the sweet rolls were hosting a bunch of worms...worst purchases ever.

Nous avons passés 2 nuits dans cette hôtel. La chambre était propre,fonctionnel et assez grande. Le petit déjeuner varié. L’hôtel est bien situé. Seul bémol les voisins étaient bruyants A savoir : la qualité du Wi-Fi n’est pas terrible dans la chambre.
