'You need a car to get there and try to get there ultimately late afternoon, for your check-in it will be very difficult to find in the dark. We were the only customers. From the 1st room the toilet did not flush, the 2nd room the AC did not work properly, the 3rd was good. The place needs a serious investment and renovation. 'Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The rooms were spacious and well thought out. We stayed just one night but could easily have spent more time at the hotel and exploring the area.'

'Pictures were looking nice on Expedia. However we got assigned a room on the first floor. The hallway and the room smelled moldy. The bed wasn’t comfortable and the WiFi didn’t work. After checkout, they first wanted to charge us double the price while we already paid the full amount through Expedia. After arguing they finally agreed it was alright. We still had to pay 600¥ for usage of the onsen. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.'
