'今回の滞在では嬉しいことにお部屋をアップグレードしていただき、オーシャンビューの広々とした客室に宿泊できました。窓一面に広がる海の景色はまさに絶景で、時間を忘れて眺めていられるほど。今までガーデンビューだったので、カテゴリー違いを感じることができた。次回からはオーシャンビューに泊まろうと思う。 特に印象的だったのはスタッフの対応。以前よりも全体的にサービスレベルが大幅に向上しており、フロントからレストラン、そして清掃スタッフに至るまで、皆さんの丁寧で温かみのある接客に心が和みました。清掃スタッフの方の細やかな気配りも素晴らしかったです。 ホテル自体は歴史を感じさせる古さも残っていますが、それが逆に“味”となり、川奈ホテルならではのクラシカルな魅力を引き立てています。新しさや豪華さだけでは味わえない、特別な時間と贅沢な時間を過ごせるホテルだと改めて感じました。 総じて、景色・サービス・雰囲気のすべてが揃った滞在で、またぜひ再訪したいと思います。'

'Amazing staff and services make the stay feels like home. Half board was super delicious and absolutely amusing. Private onsen was secluded and peaceful. Definitely staying here again if passing by Ito!'

'This is a big Ryokan, so less charm then a smaller ryokan. Everything was well organised, onsens are really beautiful, rooms are traditional. Late check-in. Dinner and breakfast were OK, but were not exceptional or really high quality as we read in some reviews.'
