The front desk did not communicate if housekeeping would not be provided, and upon our arrival that evening, I called the front desk for assistance. The gentleman who answered the phone was quite rude and dismissive. 'Het is een gewoon, goed hotel. Niet spectaculair, niet heel speciaal, gewoon Amerikaans goed. Mijn kamer had 2 queensize bedden, en alles was in orde. Spijtig van het vloertapijt en het bad dat ook als douche dient. Het personeel is wel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.'

"Staff in breakfastroom and bar were friendley. Frontdeskstaff not so customerfriendley. Floor in the bathroom was not clean every day. "

Dit hotel kan echt wel een flinke opknapbeurt gebruiken.
