'Mold around the bathtub, cockroaches, spiders and moths in room, main TV did not work, missing light bulbs/various different light bulbs, asked them to change and also install where missing. Pool was dirty, debris in pool and a chair, mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, the safe did not work, offered us a free breakfast due to the cockroach issue. Staff was the only good thing. Definitely needs refurbishing.'

'We have been enjoying our 8-day stay. From cook to cleaners, personnel was excellent. We enjoyed the garden on top of the hotel. Eastgate shopping center close by! Management was not always perfect though. Some items on the menu were out of stock, and one morning the hotel had run out of gas! Yet the cooks did everything to come up with alternatives to make our breakfasts and dinners a pleasure. So, overall, we enjoyed our stay. Hotel recommended!'

'Fantastic place to be. Regarding the owners, you can't meet better folks. Thanks Annie for your honesty and care!'

'Clean and welcoming'

'All was good, the reception ladies were friendly.'

'Mooi hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Rondom het hotel is niet zo veel te beleven. Het is er wel lekker rustig.'

'My Standard size Ford Ranger would not fit in the garage and no other secure parking available. I had to park the vehicle side ways to get it in. No back up power to deal with load shedding. the floors were not clean. Never again'

'Het hotel is prima. Alleen Johannesburg zelf is niet aan te raden. Door het hotel personeel werd afgeraden ons buiten het hotel te begeven. Al met al prima hotel maar blijf zo kort mogelijk in Johannesburg.'

'Margareth is very sweet and helpfull. She know exactly where to go and gives us Good advice. Good place to stay two nights and very save!!'

'The room was spotless and very comfortable. The establishment is very user-friendly and meets all the needs of guests. The staff are friendly and very helpful, which makes your stay so enjoyable. The food is divine and prepared on time as requested. We will definitely visit again and it is perfect for an overnight on your way to other destinations. Thank you to Tania and her staff, you deserve another star!'

'The property was undergoing some renovations. We did not have access to the pool, or the main hotel. We were placed in the ‘boutique suite’ area and when checking in, we had no towels or toilet paper. To start, everything was very disorganized but once we got settled, the room was spacious and hotel staff were kind.'
