We have 2bd/1.25ba in a 3bd home. Our guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of the master bedroom, office, and the garage. The first floor boasts an open floor plan with a large kitchen to prepare a nice home cooked meal. There is a deck that wraps around from the front entrance of the home to the spacious back deck, where a sliding glass door brings you back to the kitchen. If you're lucky enough to enjoy our property in the spring, there's a good chance you will have a gentle babbling brook just off the back deck. The second floor has two bedrooms with queen sized beds, a shared full bathroom, and a bonus room. This extra space will provide our guests with a full sized pool table and an opportunity to lounge on reclining couches in front of a TV.
