Stay was pretty good. Listing says coffee in common areas, but not available except at “breakfast”, which is available from 6a-9a except the lobby where it is served is locked until 7am.

Doors/walls are not well insulated therefore, other people staying at this location are easily overheard (especially when they would stand outside talking on the phone until midnight each night). When we were there, we were told that all kitchen items were available, however, once we got there, we could not get a coffee maker. So that left us searching for coffee in the area each morning. NOT a great start to our day. The office staff was apologetic, and really nice. It just turned into a daily inconvenience.

The room is not clean properly. Bathroom door is not locked properly. There are insects and spider in the room. The bathroom sink is cracked. Micro woven is dirty. Mentioned all the details but there is no alternate room and no one available to fix those issues. I asked for compensation for the same. Staying with kid a bit scary here.

Hotels.com cancelled my reservation before I arrived and continued to charge me, so I had to pay the hotel directly to get a room. So basically I paid twice for the room. When I called hotels.com the call was not able to go thru. VERY FRUSTRATED with Hotels.com

Was hard to check in when arriving. Also system was running a backup or something so check in was delayed. Then the door didn’t shut the whole way and cold air could come in all along edge of door.

Decent hotel. Front desk could not justify why I had to pay a security deposit off $100 which was more than the room itself and no information about the deposit was posted on the website. Front desk associate stated it’s something they “recently” enforced.

When our friends got to the hotel the lobby was locked. I called the hotel and I was told the lobby closed at 11 pm and that our friends could not check in. When I booked the hotel late last night, no where did it say there was a check-in cutoff. I WANT A REFUND FOR THE ROOM. I DON'T CARE IF THE ROOM WAS NONREFUNDABLE. Our friends had to find other arrangements because of this problem

This place was really terrible. The noise level was insane. There were people on the ground "conversing" with people on the third floor. There were vehicles in the parking lot blaring music. My husbands shoes stuck to the floor in the "kitchen" area. It was just very disappointing.
