Southern Hospitality
Directions and instructions were clear and concise. Our host was amazing and I will definitely book this unit again the next time I am in Jackson. My host went ABOVE and BEYOND. The unit was immaculate and definitely exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for someplace to stay in the Jackson area I highly recommend this host and this unit.

Nice place but ruined by smoking in another unit
The place itself was perfect for our family. The property owner was extremely easy to work with. Our stay would have been great except for one major issue. Unfortunately it seemed like the people in the unit below us were chain smoking. I'm guessing a vent connected the two units, and the smoke was getting pumped right into the kitchen. It was so strong. We had windows open to try and air it out, but it was to no avail. We couldn't tolerate the smoke smell, so ended up leaving after a couple hours to go to a hotel. We were very happy to be refunded as the unit was no longer safe for our health, especially our small children.

Very smoky - yuck
We stopped for a overnight stay on our way from TX to NC. The place was clean in terms of dirt, however , it was filled with cigarette smoke. It seemed to be comIng up the sink in the kitchen. I had to wash all of the clothing in the bags we bought inside. We felt gross the next day and sick from the smoke.. We all smelled of smoke. I wanted to stay somewhere safe because of Covid but now I wish I would have just stayed at a hotel. Clearly, the owner has put effort into making the inside nice so feel badly writing a bad review. I feel like I need to warn other families. Yuck.

This was one of the best experiences ever. I have always been skeptical of doing something like this, but this experience/stay has put some of my worries at bay. The place looked exactly as the pictures and the communication was exceptional. If I am ever in Jackson again I will definitely look to stay at Trinity One if they are available.

Well Designed Apartment
We marveled at how much functionality they had packed into this small space. Not that it is small, just every inch is well used. We found the apartment to be very clean. Check in was pretty simple and communicated in advance. No need to meet anyone to check in, or to worry about a late arrival. Everything was pretty straightforward. There was a glitch in communication about how to turn off the alarm, but that was handled quickly. The kitchen, while having all necessary appliances in good working order, could stand to have a few more items in the cupboard. If/when we are in the area again, we'd plan to revisit this apartment.

Nice Apartment
This property is exactly as the picture shows. Clean. Nice. New furniture. Comfortable beds. Property manager was VERY friendly! Gave plenty of details for checking in and checking out. The only negative was the surrounding neighborhood. We tried to get inside by dark. Having the security gate helped us feel safe. The neighbors in the complex were friendly. Actually saw very little of them. The back yard was a bonus and allowed us to travel with our little dog. Very much appreciate that they allow pets.

Wonderful environment my and i booked a second week here we ready to leave just yet management was awesome worked in a timely manner, step by step instructions in laymen terms it couldn't be more easier and comfortable.
