'overcrowded and loud music early in the morning in parking lot.
In the 2 night stay , the toilet was backed up even after the maintenance came in the first night. Our key card to get in the room worked the first night but not the second night/

'It was fine for a quick overnight stay. The room could have used some work and the fridge froze our water bottles overnight (not able to adjust temp), but the breakfast was good..not a full breakfast but make-your-own waffles, cold cereal, yogurt, bread and English muffins to toast, juice/coffee so it was fine. I also checked for bed bugs in the seams of the mattress and that was clear! so I’d recommend for a convenient overnight.'

'I love the TRU by Hilton chain! The hotels are fresh and looking modern and young. They’re clean and are also focused on younger people who do remote working. 'i'd like to recognize Lawrence at the breakfast time. Although we did not partake of any of the food because we had our own, he was very accommodating, personable, and very welcoming.

'The hotel phone in my room had no wires to connect the phone. We had no phone and if any emergency, thank god I had my cell phone.
Then we had no towels and the staff asked me to “bring down the dirty towels for them to wash”. Unbelievable. This happened twice with (no clean towels).'
