Welcome to Amelia Sunrise, a fully renovated 3 bedroom/3 bathroom two story townhome, located on S Fletcher. This townhome is located right across the street from a public beach access 19, making beach fun only minutes away. The primary bedroom offers a king size bed, guest room 1 also has a king bed, and guest room 2 has a queen bed. With this property you will find:

Guest Access:

Instructions for arrival are emailed 5 days prior to arrival. Door code is sent the afternoon of your arrival.

DEPOSIT INFORMATION

The $500 hold is collected upon the day of arrival and released 3 days after checkout, given there is no damage to the property

Bookings over 30 days may require additional cleaning fees and an additional security deposit
