This is the nicest place I’ve ever stayed on any vacation. The host was very helpful before we arrived and no problems our entire stay. The apartment was spacious and very efficient for us. Direct access to the beach was awesome and so was the pool. Having a washer and dryer inside the apartment was an added bonus. The kitchen was very nice as well as the living room. We hope we can stay here again next year.

No matter where you are in the condo as soon as you walk through the door and pretty much any place you stand you can see the ocean. I laid on the couch good look out at the ocean. I laid on my bed could look at the ocean. I walked through the door. First thing I saw was the ocean. If you love the ocean, as much as I do, you get it! Great place you’ll love it!

The door code to enter did not work. The owner could not be reached by phone or DM either by me or VRBO. Was traveling with my daughter to go to Mayo Clinic for the week and had to cancel reservation and find a hotel. Worst experience with a rental ever. At least VRBO covered the difference in fees between the hotel and VRBO rental price. Very stressful after an 8 hour drive to not be able to get into the rental and have to scramble to find a hotel. Beware, VRBO does not do same day rentals and can’t accommodate you if the reservation falls through.

Shastri is a gracuious host. Check-in was seamless and the condo is as advertised. You will have all the comforts of home to enjoy your trip. The condo bulding and grounds are well maintained. The beach is wide, clean with powder sand for comfortable sunbathing. The neighborhood is quiet with a plethora of dining & shopping options nearby. You cant go wrong with this one...

Extremely Misleading Listing – Dirty, Unsafe, and Poorly Maintained!I’ve rented through VRBO many times and never written such a negative review, but this was the worst experience I’ve had. The house was filthy from the moment we arrived — floors sticky and black with dirt, hair on every bed, sofa bed sheets covered in human and pet hair, and food with bugs under the couch. Most disturbing, we found loose narcotic pills under a bed, a life-threatening hazard for children or pets. The HVAC was clogged with buildup, leaking water, and barely worked; when we reported it, the owner told us to “change the filter ourselves.”Safety was also a concern. The screen door to the deck and pool was broken, the furnace leaked into the foyer, and the air quality felt unsafe. For a property advertised as “spic and span” and conveniently located for Mayo Clinic patients, this was unacceptable.The photos online are completely misleading — furniture was missing, décor outdated, and the home looked neglected and disorganized. What you see online is not what you get, and by the time you discover the truth, it’s too late for a refund.The owner was unresponsive, offering no solutions beyond a dismissive comment. This is not a vacation rental but a neglected property that should never be listed on VRBO. For your safety, health, and peace of mind, avoid this rental entirely. The white curtains in the attached photo will show how filthy the floor is.

We love this condo and book it often! The owners are friendly and very responsive. It is clean with amenities and comfy beds and pillows. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat there, which saves a lot of money on eating out. The new couch is super comfortable!

Excellent!

The condo was as described, clean and well stocked with beach towels, dishes and other essential household items. (Even shampoo & body wash!) There are pocket doors between the bedrooms so you can have some privacy there. It was so convenient to everything. The pool was clean and I’m so happy to have had it because when you are done with the beach for the day but the kids want to keep swimming and playing, it’s there! Parking was covered, private and safe. There is even a storage closet near parking that has beach umbrellas, chairs and sand toys. My kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hated to leave. Communication was crystal clear between myself and the manager of the property/ owner. I highly recommend this condo!

Great property. Closer than I expected to beach. Pool is directly below balcony. Can see your beach chairs and umbrella (provided by owner) from your balcony. Enjoyed watching the surf lessons from the balcony. Covered parking spot was great for those sudden downpours.

Amazing property!!

Just an excellent property! So clean, and amazingly well stocked. I was so worried when I arrived with my K cups and saw a regular coffee pot, it was late so I was just like okay that’s fine I’ll get coffee tomorrow. But in the morning I start looking around and there is coffee!! And so much more. And the property didn’t have that odor that so many beach places have. It was just brilliant.The location was great, nothing like stepping out onto the beach. Highly recommend!

Players Championship

We enjoyed our stay and was a simple drive to the Players Championship. The condo fit our needs perfectly. Kitchen was well stocked and the TV was perfect for March Madness. The reserved parking space was also a great convenience. Beautiful view! Thank you!
