Guest access
We’re thrilled to welcome you! For a pleasant and well-informed stay, kindly review these quick guidelines:

•. Minimum Age: Primary guest must be 21+ to book. ID may be required.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is after 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. (Early check-in or late check-out may be possible—just ask ahead! Unapproved late check-in/-out may incur a $100 fee).
• Communication: Please use Vrbo messaging only. The leasing office is not authorized to assist guests.
• Guest Limit: extra guests (beyond base occupancy) welcome with notice – $25/night per person. Air mattress available upon request (subject to availability).
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 7 AM (strictly enforced by HOA)
• No Smoking Inside: $500 fee applies for violations
• Pets: no pets allowed.

Appliances are here for your convenience—please use them responsibly and with care. Help conserve energy by turning off unused lights, appliances, and the AC (to 75F at check-out ).

Safety
Lock all doors/windows/ close garage when leaving. Security camera monitors entrance for your safety.

First Aid
A first aid kit is available—let us know if you use anything so we can restock. Urgent care is next door at the Town Center.

Beach Tips
Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and gear available. Feel free to use the car wash station to rinse them off upon return.

Damages: Accidents happen—if there’s any damage or loss, please inform us promptly so we can handle it smoothly.
