Kom genieten van het geweldige uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit dit fantastische herenhuis met twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers in Sandpiper Villas, gunstig gelegen aan de zuidkant van Fernandina Beach / Amelia Island en net ten noorden van Summer Beach Resort en het prachtige Ritz Carlton Hotel.
Deze prachtige stadsvilla-designvilla heeft twee woonniveaus voor uw plezier! Het eerste niveau heeft een volledig gevulde keuken, ontbijttafel, ruime eethoek en woonkamer met prachtig vrij uitzicht op de oceaan en de promenade net buiten de glazen schuifdeuren met volledig glazen paneel.
Boven vindt u twee prachtige slaapkamers met nieuwe matrassen en beddengoed en twee volledige baden. De master slaapkamer heeft ook een prachtig uitzicht op de Atlantische Oceaan die kan worden genoten vanaf het bovenste balkon. Deze slaapkamer is prachtig ingericht en heeft een nieuw Serta queen size bed voor uw plezier. De tweede slaapkamer heeft ook een nieuw Serta queen size bed om te ontspannen!
Stap naar buiten op het lagere balkon om te genieten van de koele zeewind, het weidse uitzicht op de oceaan, het Ritz Carlton / Summer Beach Resort-gebied en Peter's Point Park of u kunt gewoon ontspannen terwijl u luistert naar de rustgevende oceaangolven die tegen de kustlijn beuken. Als u wilt, is er ook een prachtig, omheind gemeenschappelijk zwembad met veel ligstoelen om te genieten in die prachtige zon van Florida, op slechts een steenworp afstand van het stadshuis.
Of u nu kiest om een wandeling langs de oceaan te maken, te ontspannen bij het zwembad, bezienswaardigheden te bezoeken in het historische centrum van Fernandina Beach, te genieten van de vele goede restaurants en winkels of helemaal niets anders te doen dan ontspannen, deze Sandpiper Villa is gunstig gelegen zodat al uw vakantie dromen kunnen uitkomen!

Peaceful with Perfect Ocean Views

This property was just fabulous! Absolutely stunning ocean views from the master especially from the balcony. Extremely spacious floor plan. We couldn’t ask for a better experience. I immediately booked this property for our next trip to Amelia.

The cleanliness upon arrival was subpar. The bed in master bedroom was hard, had to buy mattress topper. The master bath shower floor and sink basin needs work. The dryer was awful. No bathroom on ground floor was rough. Expected better for the . On the whole it was acceptable and we had a good time. Fernandina needs to allow more freedom of fishing from beach. This 10 am to 5 pm kind of cuts fishermens throats. You would think they knew more about how marine life works than to remove a necessary marine life control and ammenity.

A good quite place to relax with a great view and wonderful restaurants about 15 minutes away. Choices of lower and ipper deck offered great places to read and enjoy a drink. If you don't want stairs don't book this condo. Wasnt a problem for us but you should know.

Great Stay

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was located in a quiet area of the beach, yet was conveniently located to a grocery store and several restaurants.The condo was well-stocked with everything we needed. My wife, a self-described "clean freak," said this was one of the cleanest condos we have ever stayed in. Overall, we were very pleased with the condo and I have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

This property was in a great location. Right on the beach and an easy drive to the Historic District, Fort Clinch and Yulee for a movie. The property itself could use a refresh and a deep clean. But, all-in-all it was an enjoyable stay.

Great location, communicative host

This property is beachfront, beyond the dune area. Spaciouswith all necessary items. Note that there are many steps up to the condo from the driveway, and there is no bathroom on the main floor, so tough on folks with limited mobility. Host was extremely responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice condo in great location on Amelia Island. Easy access to beach via boardwalk. Beach was virtually deserted on weekdays. Great views of ocean from upper deck. Well appointed kitchen & bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The location of the condo was great! The views were perfect, and there was plenty of space for us to relax. Access to the beach was easy, and it was not overcrowded in this particular area. We would definitely visit again!

Beautiful views, great beach

The neighborhood was wonderful, easy to get to and from your destinations. The home had two levels of specular views, and the beach is one of the best Florida beaches I’ve ever enjoyed - whether you are alone, a couple, or a large group with kids. The beds were mediocre at best, the pillows had no support, the furnishings were dated (nothing to worry about if you have kids), the fixtures were well past due for updating. The main steep entryway stairs were lacking a rail. We enjoyed our stay in Amelia and would definitely consider staying in one of the other townhomes in this complex. If you have littler kids this place is a great value and location.

Ocean view bedroom!

Very nice property right on boardwalk to private beach. The master bedroom has ocean views from the balcony which are just lovely. Super easy to walk to the beach and the beach has plenty of room - if you are okay with walking for 5 mins either way can essentially have a large space all to yourself. After nightfall the beach is completely empty for a romantic nighttime stroll. Nicely located as an easy drive to the downtown area. Would definitely stay here again when coming to Amelia Island!

Location and view

This condo is a great value for the money, possibly one of the best values on the south side of the island. Location is great, and the view from the master bedroom is incredible. Leaving the sliding glass window open at night allows you to go to sleep and wake to the sounds of the beach. The location is especially cool if you have local friends who can visit you using the Peters Point beach option of driving their car onto the beach. Really cool... We only used the master bedroom, and the mattress is very comfortable. Both bathrooms were fine and the water pressure was good. The communication with Amy the hostess worked flawlessly - - she answers any and all questions very quickly. When we identified an issue, it was handled very quickly. The door code for the front door was only four digits and worked the very first time without a hitch. WIFI was fast and we didn't have any problems. We did not use TV so we had no idea how the TV system works. The pool was right across from us, but we didn't use it either. We spent most of our time on the beach or in downtown Fernandina Beach. Only issue were the stairs, both to the living area from the front door and to the two bathrooms/bedrooms on the second floor. We are very mobile so this didn't create any problems for us. Anyone with mobility issues should probably not rent this condo.

Our only complaint is the traffic on the beach, we didn't know that was allowed . It felt like a parking lot. We liked the townhouse but would never stay in that area again.
