Het eerste wat u zult opvallen wanneer u deze gated community binnenrijdt, zijn de verbazingwekkende oude witte eikenbomen die over de weg en fietspaden draperen. Je voelt je meteen in nauw contact met de natuur. Geniet van het uitgestrekte uitzicht op de golfbaan vanuit deze villa met twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers, gelegen in de gemeenschap Fairway Oaks op de prestigieuze Amelia Island Plantation. Tegelvloeren strekken zich uit van de ingang door de belangrijkste woonkamer en in de den, die is gehuld in een muur van ramen waardoor het felbegeerde uitzicht op de golf in, waardoor u en uw gasten gegarandeerd de beste zitplaats op de green hebben. Granieten werkbladen en roestvrijstalen apparaten maken de open keuken prachtig. Bereid maaltijden voor om uw gasten te verbazen zonder de fairway uit het oog te verliezen! In de suite voor particuliere eigenaren gaan glazen schuifdeuren open om een privéterras te onthullen tegen de achtergrond van de beroemde golfbaan Oak Marsh. DO NOT STAY HERE-ESPECIALLY IF BOOKING WITH VRBO AND AMELIA ISLAND VACATIONS!Bed sheets covered in hair and dirty paper napkins in the bed, sticky floors, hair around sinks, hair in sinks, flying bug in one of the dirty beds, 2 lizards in the house, food left in the fridge, no golf cart available after we were told on 2 different occasions that one came with the property. Had to leave at 9:30 at night after driving all day and stay in a hotel. VRBO said that the cleanliness was not a “major issue” and Amelia Island Vacations quit responding to us after we asked for compensation for the hotel that we had to pay for over a holiday weekend. After 2 weeks of trying to get compensation from SOMEONE VRBO offered a 150 coupon toward my next booking. No thanks.

Great Space!

Villa was not cleaned

I have been trying to talk to the property manager for weeks. Our villa was not cleaned. We were given another villa Nitjing like the one I picked out. No view. Only two windows to look out at and it was in the weeds. Pool was closed. No furniture to sit on at the pool. I understand that they had 70 mile wind hit. I feel they should have told us to come at another date. The villa they gave us had cockroaches we had to get rid of. Water stunk like sulfur. Could not take shower. Fridge stunk cause they lost electricity. I was told at the office that we would be compensated but no one is returning my calls

Wonderful golf escape

We went to Amelia Island for some early spring golf and visit with other family members. The facility was perfect. Spacious, clean, well stocked and in a beautiful community with some awesome homes. Spent 4 nights there and never felt bored. I would definitely stay at this VRBO again.

Beautiful villa

Everything about this villa was just as described, we loved it! It’s the first time I’ve seen a rental property with lovely high end bed linens and so well stocked with cookware, dishes and surprisingly loads of spices! The addition of free access to a golf cart was fantastic, we really enjoyed driving around the neighborhoods, taking in all the gorgeous homes and scenery. The only thing we have to strongly suggest is to install a new shower head in the master bathroom, it’s in very bad shape. We showered in the second bathroom because in the master shower water barely trickled out. An easy but a necessary fix! Otherwise we strongly recommend the rental, a perfect place and location!

Disappointing

On our drive to Amelia Island we got a message saying the house we rented was no longer available, as the owners needed to stay longer. They said we would be put in a house close to what we had reserved. We had no choice but to accept, and were fine to do so until we showed up to a house that looked as if someone had broken in! There were nails in the wall but nothing hanging on them. There was a broken window in the dining area…it was a disaster! After I reached out to say absolutely no way are we staying here, they got back to us the next day and said the owners had agreed to leave EARLY so we could move over to the house I had originally rented!! Like they were put out after I lost two days of my vacation in a dumpy house!! Good luck if you rent this house—it was cute once we got there!

Fantastic location and accomodations

I have stayed in the area previously in a business capacity and this past weekend, I returned with my family (parents, wife and 19-month old daughter). The location was fantastic. Even having visited friends on the other side of the golf course near the Omni, this was far and away the better location. Everything was as advertised, not competing for parking, access to a golf cart was nice though we never used it. While we didn't take advantage of the cupboard or pantry, just about every dish or spice you could need was available. I am not certain when we will return, but this location will be our first choice for a place to stay when we do. Special thanks to Amanda for reaching out with suggestions for activities and for the team in delivering clear, reasonable instructions to keep the condo in pristine condition for our future visits.

Lovely Villa!

The villa exceeded our expectations. Pretty, clean and the kitchen was very well appointed. The property management was also extremely helpful! We've been coming to AIPFL for over 20 years. Even though the villa is on the golf course side of A1A, with the provided golf cart we were only minutes to the beach area that we frequent in the resort. Will be back for sure in this villa!

i am ONLY renting this one from now on!

i always rent these condos for a tennis tournament that is held twice a year, but this particular condo was above and beyond. the space was gorgeous with the 'florida room' porch on the golf course, outside porch furniture and use of golf cart. upgraded appliances, modern touches and extremely comfortable couch which i also think is important! clean and excellent communication with the rental agency.
