Welcome to our home! We prioritize your comfort and privacy during your stay. Here is everything you need to know about guest check-in:
1. Host Availability: While we aim to provide you with a seamless experience, we are just a message away! Once your reservation is booked, you will have access to my contact info if you have any questions or need assistance during your stay.
2. Contactless Entry: For your convenience, we offer a contactless entry system with a smart lock. You will receive a code before your arrival. The code will be the last 4 digits of the phone number of the primary guest.
3. Check-in is anytime after 4pm and check-out is 10am. The door code is valid from 3:45 at check-in and till 10:15 at checkout. This ensures that our space is ready for the next guests.

For your convenience, laundry facilities include a washing machine, dryer, detergent pods and dryer sheets.
6. Beach Gear: We provide beach towels and beach chairs to make your travel preparations easier without the hassle of packing extra gear.
I can recommend a daily umbrella delivery, setup and takedown service should you be interested.
7. Parking: Enjoy hassle-free parking with off street parking for 2 cars. With strategy, we can accommodate 4.

Before your arrival, please complete our simple Pre-Arrival Form and Rental Agreement. This helps us prepare for your stay and ensures a smooth check-in.

Occupancy
The Sunshine House accommodates a maximum of 8 registered guests (including children). For everyone's safety and comfort, all guests staying at the property must be listed on the reservation.

About the Home
The Sunshine House is a private duplex reserved exclusively for your group. The upstairs (2 bed/ 2 bath) and downstairs (2 bed/ 1 bath) are not connected inside and each has its own private entrance, making it a great setup for two families or multiple generations traveling together.

No Pets
We maintain a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees and cancellation of the remainder of your stay without refund.

No Parties or Events
To respect our neighbors and preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood, parties, events and unregistered visitors are not permitted.

Security
For your safety and ours, exterior security cameras with audio monitor the front entrance, rear entrance and pool area. There are no interior cameras. Pool footage is reviewed only if there is a safety or property concern.

Smoking
The Sunshine House is a smoke-free property. Smoking or vaping inside the home will result in an additional cleaning fee.

Pool
* NO DIVING
* Pool depth ranges from 3-5 feet
* There is no lifeguard on duty. Please supervise children at all times and ensure the pool gate remains securely latched after use.
* Optional pool heat is available for $25 per day for the length of your stay.

Grill
Enjoy the gas grill during your stay. Please leave it clean for the next guests. A $150 cleaning fee applies if the grill requires additional cleaning.

Family Amenities
A Pack 'n Play, mini crib and high chair are available upon request for a $25 setup and sanitizing fee.
