They overbooked their hotel. I arrived early on the day of my reservation and they did not have a room for me. Worse, they refused to give me a refund for the night because I went through a third party, Expedia, for the booking. They should not place clients in the middle and charge for hotel services that they did not provide. I asked for a refund but they refused. Very unprofessional. They chose to do business with Expedia, not I.
