****VERY IMPORTANT – Exterior Building Improvements – The Sea Dunes complex is nearing completion of a mandatory exterior renovation project; however, construction remains active onsite and is expected to continue through the end of October (weather permitting; delays are possible). Remaining work primarily includes tile work on the ground level and exterior painting on the non-oceanfront side of the building. Guests should expect construction workers and equipment onsite during daytime hours, including lifts and other machinery. There may be intermittent construction noise from tile work and other remaining work, as well as equipment and lift noise, including periodic beeping. While the most disruptive phases of the project have been completed, Sea Dunes remains an active construction site, and the location and level of activity may vary from day to day. Sliding glass doors provide access to the private balcony with seating for four and facing the white sand beach of Amelia Island. Expansive ocean and beachfront views can be seen from this private baloney!

The updated gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with meal preparation essentials. From the stunning marble countertops to the sparkling tile backsplash no detail has been overlooked! There is even a second sink, perfect for handwashing or bar area use. The adjoining dining area provides seating for four in addition to the four bar stool seats and offers more breath-taking ocean views. A powder room is conveniently located just off of this great room as well.

The peaceful color palette reflecting both sand and sea is carried through to the bedrooms which are located on the entry level. Going back down the stairs to the main level, both suites provide access to the oceanfront private balcony with lounge seating. The serene Master suite features a king bed with upholstered headboard, a flat screen smart TV, and plenty of dresser and closet space. The totally remodeled full bathroom includes an oval soaking tub, a tiled walk-in shower and a quartz topped double vanity.

The blissful second bedroom is also furnished with a king bed and a cottage-style white headboard, matching dresser and side tables, and a flat screen smart TV. The attached full bathroom is on the other side of the stylish barn doors and is decked out with a penny tiled walk-in shower and sleek quartz topped vanity.

This spectacular villa is directly oceanfront and only steps from the shore and the immense Sea Dunes pool area. While staying in this luxury vacation condo you can visit the Omni Amelia Island Resort to enjoy a glass of wine or a meal, rent bikes to ride through the Resort's scenic trails, take a stroll down to the shops and restaurants, visit the miniature golf course, or rejuvenate at the nearby spa and salon.
