This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is a block from the beach. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.

Most people drive & use their own vehicles, but Lyft and Uber are for you to use.

Bike and scooter rentals are also available!

Or you could also walk to the beach. Just 3minutes to the sand!

Cute and clean

Great property! Extremely clean and had all the amenities listed on the website. The staff was very responsive. We had a chirping smoke alarm the first night and they quickly came and changed the battery the next day. Would definitely recommend this to others!

Amazing! Definitely Returning!

This place was perfect! Very clean and modern. Loved the neighborhood and the proximity to the beach. Beautiful view of the ocean from the living room. Appreciated the access to beach chairs and the outside shower to rinse off the sand. Communication with the property management group was always quick and positive. Highly recommend this place for short term and long term stays.

Jax Beach

Best place to stay in Jax Beach. Clean, decorated beautifully, 1 minute walk to beach, perfectly stocked kitchen and comfy beds. Nice area close to Trader Joe’s & a short 45 minute drive to St. Augustine.
