Welkom bij onze 3 slaapkamers / 3 badkamers Seaside Condo gelegen in Sailmaker op Summer Beach Resort! De twee verdiepingen tellende plattegrond van het appartement presenteert de belangrijkste leefruimte, keuken, eethoek, een eigen balkon en een derde slaapkamer en badkamer op het instapniveau. De trap op, de hoofdslaapkamer en badkamer zijn aan de linkerkant en de tweede slaapkamer en badkamer zijn aan de rechterkant.

308 Sailmaker is overal bijgewerkt met nieuwe vloeren en verse verf, is ruim, prachtig ingericht en smaakvol ingericht. De keuken is volledig gevuld en gemakkelijk in te koken, met drie barkrukken aan de balie voor hosting. De eettafel biedt plaats aan vier personen, evenals de verhoogde tafel op het balkon.

Gasten kunnen na een lange dag op het strand genieten van de comfortabele banken en fauteuils in de woonkamer. WiFi en kabeltelevisie zijn beschikbaar voor diegenen die willen surfen of zoeken op internet.

Ideaal voor gezinnen of groepen, waaronder 5-8 personen, 308 Sailmaker heeft een kingsize bed in de master, twee aparte bedden in de tweede slaapkamer en een koningin in de derde slaapkamer. Er is een slaapbank in de woonkamer indien nodig. Flatscreen-tv's bevinden zich in de slaapkamer, de derde slaapkamer (met het queensize bed) en de woonkamer.

De master bad heeft een betegelde douche, terwijl de tweede en derde baden een bad / douche combinatie hebben. Handig zijn de grote wasmachine en droger boven in een aparte wasruimte.

Alle beddengoed en handdoeken zijn voorzien van deze verhuur, inclusief strandlakens. De andere beschikbare stranduitrusting (strandstoelen, boogieplanken en parasols) wordt opgeslagen in de kast beneden.

De prachtige, majestueuze eiken rondom het pand bieden een prachtig uitzicht op de natuur. Het zwembad is in zicht en op korte loopafstand, terwijl het strand niet meer dan 5 minuten lopen is naar de oprit achter het pand.

Great location and amenities. Close to the beach and pool. Quiet neighborhood and a bit of a drive to town but there is grocery and shopping close by. Condo was clean and well appointed.

We loved our stay and will be back. The condo was comfortable and had all the essentials. There was a nice little welcome gift for us and our furry family member. We had a small issue with the heating/cooling but Ryan was right on it and had it taken care of immediately! We extended our stay by 2 days and Ryan’s phone communication and Alex’s email communication made it seamless! Thank you to the owner and hosts!

Great Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! It was a last minute find for us since our previous rental ended up having a leak in the bathroom and ceiling. It was a very easy booking process and there was plenty of space for my family of 4. The property was also very close to the pool, and was very clean. We had a wonderful trip!

Scrumptious Slice of Heaven

The property was very inviting, offering every imaginable amenity. It is beautifully nestled within massive oak trees and from the balcony we could see and hear myriad song birds. We appreciated all the extras from our hosts, from the complimentary coffee to laundry and dish supplies. The pool was shady and inviting and the beach was gorgeous! It is a wonderful property; great communication. Highly recommend!

Great vacation stay!

We found the property great with all amenities for a five night stay. A short walk brought us to the beach. With two young children the four of us found the beach gear to be suitable. We also had quick access to the property’s pool. The complex is located in a lovely part of Amelia Island. The only issue we had occurred the day of arrival. Our flight was early and we called the property manager office to see if we could enter early. The checkin time was 4:00PM. I was told they would get back to me but we never got a call back. We would have appreciated communication.

Spring Break stay

The checkin and communication was great. The advertised description of the condo was true to pictures shown. Cleanliness was great. Beds were comfortable. It was a great size fit for six people. Location to pool and beach were wonderful. Short drive to all the offerings of Amelia island. We loved it! Best rental we have had in our dealings with rental properties. We will definitely try to return and will recommend your property and management association. Thanks for a great stay!

The location and beach proximity were excellent. Unit was comfortable. There were several issues. The smoke detectors frequently went off even with basic cooking. The oven was filthy and we needed to run the clean cycle. Lack of a grill on the deck of a rental condo was a disappointment. Pool looked lovely but needed to be heated to be of any use. Several of the TV remotes did not work properly in spite of battery replacement.

This property needs work. The upstairs master bedroom carpet was extremely dirty and needs to be cleaned. The table in the dining room was disgustingly sticky. The dishwasher is falling apart. The hand towels in the Master bedroom were wet and appeared to be dirty. I don't think they had been washed after the previous renter. At these prices the condo should be perfect.

Perfect Family Condo & 3 Minute Walk to the Beach

This sweet, beachy 3 BR, 3BA Sail Maker property proved to be just right for my husband and I during a two week getaway. We were more than comfortable with the extra space in this friendly and quiet area. The condo was uniquely stocked with household items for an immediate "get cozy start" before having to head for Harris Teeter - a 5 minute drive, for provisions. We even had an opportunity to talk to the awesome staff at Destination Amelia. Kudos to Ryan in resolving the television service provider connection glitch so efficiently. And special thanks to Stacy who followed up with us several times. We could not have been happier about our wonderful experience at Sail Maker.

Great vacation spot for 3 adults

The condo was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location to access the beach and the pool. The back patio was a great place to have coffee in the morning. Everything worked properly, nothing gave us any problems. The only thing that could have been more comfortable are the bed matresses, which were old and slanted. Everything else was fantastic, and I would stay in that community again for vacation.

Gorgeous stay!

We had a fabulous time and enjoyed the beach every day. Pool was wonderful and it was super easy to get around. Even enjoyed drinks at the Ritz Carlton! Highly recommend for families. Home was perfect.l and all the little touches we're great. My kids loved everything - especially the Monopoly game!

Perfect Family Vacation!

What a wonderful week in Amelia Island with my Husband, Kids and Parents! The area was quaint, quiet, good food and the beach was PERFECT! We went into downtown Amelia Island's historic district, lovely shops and restaurants! The condo was in a great location and was perfect for my family and I! Highly Recommend this location and vacation spot for family with young kids!
