Property was exactly as stated in listing. It is a very nice place. We really enjoyed our stay. My only complaint is parking can be very hard as the parking lot gets full at night. We had to park on the back street and walk a long way back to building. We stayed in same community last year just in another building and had the same problem with parking.

We had three couples stay here for the GA/FL game and we all loved the condo. Very easy check in with a code. It is clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is very large and well-equipped. The ocean views from the deck are amazing and it is just a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful condo...although, cellular service is iffy at best (not their fault)....but we did have problems with the wifi, tv in living room would not work with internet connection in condo...but we didn't miss it much...

Staycation delight

This was our first time staying at this property and everyone in our group commented on how wonderful the accommodations were and how we would stay again. We went with two adults and three kids and had a blast. Thanks for such a great staycation.

We've been visiting for 15-20 years. Our condo in Shipwatch was great, roomy, clean and just what we needed. Leaving passes at the gate could be better organized through the listing agent, also Visitors could use the amenities in the past, especially the golf courses but the Omni won't let visitors use them unless staying at through them. Its ridiculous and they are missing out on revenue. Owners need to work on that.

Overall we loved our short stay at this condo. It’s fully stocked with all you need and the property manager was very responsive when we needed them. The pillows on beds could use a refresh but overall it was clean and ready for our stay! Plenty of room and comfortable furnishings. I gave 4 stars because the check in could be smoother. The instructions were very generic because they manage a lot of properties. When I got there I realized the directions weren’t clear and so we looped around a few times before I called to find out how to get through the guard/ gate. The beach and pool are easily accessible under the building and up some steps- but we had to ask around to find it. Also, you need to log into a streaming service to use the tv, not a big deal but we didn’t know that. I had also asked about beach chairs and was told to rent them, but when we got there were plenty of chairs and an umbrella in the closet. This kind of info would be good to have in a welcome email along w clear instructions to access the unit. Overall a great stay!

Fantastic oceanfront condo on Amelia

We’ve stayed at Amelia several times and love this condo. Three bedroom/three bath oceanfront condo, all one level. It appears to have been Recently renovated, so is in fantastic shape. The listing does not state but they do provide beach towels - in addition to linens and bath towels. We will return to Shipwatch.

The unit was great. We had some issues with a water leak during our stay which prevented us from using a portion of the master bath. Property manager was very responsive but it still took a couple of days for the repair. We enjoyed the unit and the town. We would consider another stay in the same unit!

Beautiful location

We loved our stay!! Very clean, modern, beautiful views of the ocean from the back porch. Community pool was clean with nice loungers and right on the beach, so trips to both were easy during the day. Beach towels and toys were in the condo, too. Just fyi, most communication was via email with the realty company managing it. Super comfortable. Loved it!!!
