We had two rooms and both were incredibly dirty and not maintained whatsoever. Floors were dirty and sticky. The walls and doors had stains on them. The handles for the entry into the room were almost going to fall apart. It was disgusting. The property in the exterior is not maintained at all. The pool was closed and had been for a while from my understanding. I do not recommend at all. If I had not made the reservation through a third party website, I would have cancelled the reservations upon arrival and gone to a different hotel. Unfortunately, the third party website did not allow for a refund.

I didn't feel safe at this property and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. The bed was very old and creaky. The people were very nice but the room was awful.

We have stayed at many Quality Inn & Suites in our travels and never had a situation like this!! Upon arrival we were already concerned just coming into the parking lot! The grounds were horrible, unkept and dirty. The pool closed off and empty along with the hot tub (which was not stated on the site). Upon entering we were met by a very sweet customer service girl who gave us a key. The entire place is falling apart and is in dissary (we have pictures). My 11 yr old looked at me and made a face like, are we REALLY staying here? We opened the door to our room and I immediately said - DON'T SIT or TOUCH ANYTHING! It was DISGUSTING!! Mold, holes, wet dingy smell, slanted bed just gross! I went down and asked if there was another room available. She asked what was wrong but did not seemed surprised and handed me another room key. It wasn't much better but did not have holes in the door. She asked if we would like a refund but bc we booked through 3rd party (being Expedia) it would take 7-10 days to refund. We were out of town for a baseball tournament and it was already late. My son had to play the next morning and everything else was booked. I asked her if anything else was available. She offered us the suite which had a pull out couch. We looked at it and having no other option - decided on that. While the place needs to be condemned and torn down (yes that bad) the lady at the front desk was sweet as could be and extremely understanding and accomodating!

We had to request a refund and go to another hotel. The property looked like it was falling apart. It needs some paint, the elevator looks unsafe, the batery cover for the remote control was missing, the alarm clock was not working, the lamps had mold, the ceiling looked like there was water damage, the room had a strong mold smell, the pool was dirty and the bed made sounds everytime you moved. There was a guest smoking weed near our room and another one cursing out a child outside and it was nearly midnight.....my exeperience was horrible.

DO NOT BOOK THIS MOTEL! The pictures of this property must be at least 20 years old. The pool and hot tub are permanently closed. The place is filthy and in complete disrepair. Chunks of the building are missing. I do not understand how they are passing inspection OR their star rating. The room they assigned us had someone LIVING in it and was full of their things. The staff was amazing and so kind and immediately refunded us. But because we were there at a busy time it took us 4 hours to secure new accommodations in a safer spot. This is not as advertised.

Really run down and dirty! Room had hair and dust on every surface, Door lock was broken/ door didn't close properly, Smoke/carbon monoxide detector was taken out, TV was broken and didn't have a remote control, Entire wall between bathroom and bed was full of water and mold, room stunk and made us congested. The employee who checked us in was very nice. Bed sheets and towels were clean. I would not stay here again even for free. You are better off picking another hotel.

There was nothing I liked about this property. The room was dingy; the shower had only luke warm water, at best; there was mold on a lot of surfaces; shower heads and shower stall covered in soap scum and calcium buildup. The pool and hot tub is closed "indefinitely". There was rust on every metal surface and coming through the paint on the walls, the desk chair in the room looked like it was found in a dumpster. Ice machine was out of order. There continental breakfast was waffles (you had to make), cereal, apples, or yogurt. Had to use my suitcase to keep curtains from billowing out and covering air conditioner. Only stayed cause it was just for a few hours sleep, otherwise would have left immediately.

Nasty nasty nasty. Worst place ever. Pubic hairs in tub, splatters in sink and around it, food dripped and smeared inside and outside of the microwave, food in corners of the room, stained bedsheets. Blacklist this place or waste your money. Pictures were taken and would love some way to share, but I don't think that's available for reviews. Everything about the room was totally nasty - can't begin to describe it in any other manner.

There is literally not much to like about this property. Upon arriving it was definitely not appealing. The potion of water at the front looks horrible and contaminated. The water level is low, showing all its griminess and filth. Front desk clerk was smoking cigarettes right out the front door. Hot tub and pool are deserted, totally unavailable with locks on the gates. Totally dry and probably had not been filled with water in ages. The advertising websites says different from what they have to offer. In the room, the paint on walls is not tasteful at all. The toilet ran all night. The whole area of property seems unsafe and abandoned. I do not recommend sleeping here.
