The 800 ft fishing pier is available to all of our guest and NO FISHING LICENSE is required when fishing from this private pier. The pool is located on the oceanside along with a community grill area that has tables and lounge chairs available on a first come basis. There is also a tennis court on premises available for your use.
This is a gated complex with open parking for a MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit.

We're excited to share that our building is currently in its final stages of a major refresh to keep the property safe, beautiful, and welcoming for years to come.
The remaining work will focus mainly on painting the exterior of the building and balconies, as well as finishing touches to common areas like stairwells. While you may occasionally notice workers on-site and some daytime noise, it is generally much lighter than earlier construction phases.
Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
No work will take place on weekends
To thank you for your understanding during this improvement period, a discount off the nightly rate will be automatically applied to your stay. Please note that no additional discounts will be available, and no refunds are offered for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
