From the moment you arrive using self check-in with a keypad, the experience feels seamless. A private entrance and free parking on premises - 1 space make coming and going easy, whether you are heading out to explore or returning from a walk along the sand.

Sleeping arrangements
The condo sleeps up to four guests and is designed for both comfort and flexibility. The bedroom features a king bed, offering a quiet retreat at the end of the day. In the living area, a pull-out sofa provides additional sleeping space, ideal for family or close friends traveling together. Bed linens, hangers, and an iron are provided, and a washer and dryer make extended stays simple.

Living space
An open layout connects the great room to an oversized oceanfront balcony, creating an easy flow between indoor comfort and sweeping coastal views. HDTV with Roku invites relaxed evenings indoors, while WiFi and a dedicated workspace allow you to stay connected if needed. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep the space comfortable year-round.

Kitchen and dining
The full kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at home, whether you are starting the morning with coffee before a beach walk or settling in for dinner after a day exploring northeast Florida. A dining table offers space to gather, and the kitchen includes everything you need for cooking and cleanup. Bathroom essentials and a hair dryer are provided, and the bathroom includes a bathtub for a restorative soak.

Outdoor living
Your private balcony becomes a natural extension of the living space. In late February, cooler coastal breezes and mild sunshine make it an inviting place to sip coffee in the morning or unwind in the evening while listening to the surf. With direct beach access just below, spontaneous shoreline strolls are always within reach.

These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.

Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
