'Nolan has thought of everything you could need and we didn't have to run out for staples like paper towels, TP, soap, detergent etc. he had these and all other household basics plus extras there: fans, baby gates, all the items on the listing were there and worked. 'Beautiful home in the perfect location. A short walk across the driveway to the beach and pool access is perfect with views of the beach from the decks. The owner is great to work with. We had an emergency and we were able to switch weeks without a problem. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. 'This is a beautiful property. Plenty of room to accommodate our eleven adults and one grandchild. The pool and hot tub got a lot of use through the week. Both were clean and well maintained. 'We love staying at the Sandlot! This was our 3rd year renting this cottage and we have already booked it again for summer of 2026! We are a family of 8 adults and 7 grandchildren- the layout of the rooms/ bedrooms is perfect for us. The close proximity to the gorgeous beach is a plus, along with the fenced in pool. We highly recommend this cottage to rent! '
