It features three well-appointed bedrooms, including a master suite with a private bathroom and direct access to the outdoor area. The additional bedrooms are cozy and ideal for family members or guests, sharing modern, well-equipped bathrooms.



The open-concept living and dining area provides a bright and welcoming space to gather, featuring comfortable seating and direct access to the outdoor patio. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.



Outside, guests can enjoy a private pool surrounded by tropical landscaping, lounge seating, and a relaxing outdoor area perfect for enjoying Costa Rica’s warm climate. The home also offers convenient parking and easy access to the Hermosa Palms beach club and beach area, creating a perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and resort-style amenities.

Note:

For your entry, please attach the names and ID or passport numbers to the reservation contract. This is a requirement from the administration for entry to the property.

The Neighborhood:

Hermosa Palms is an exclusive gated beachfront community located in Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica. Known for its beautiful tropical landscaping, peaceful atmosphere, and 24/7 security, it offers direct beach access, beachfront pools, and a private beach club. The neighborhood is perfect for relaxing while being just a short drive from Jacó’s restaurants, shops, tours, and nightlife.



Getting Around:

Hermosa Palms is conveniently located and easy to access. Having a car is recommended to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, grocery stores, and activities in Jacó, which is only about a 10-minute drive away. Taxis and ride-sharing services are available in the area, and private transportation or shuttle services can be arranged from the airport. The community is walkable, with easy access to the beach and beach club.



Other Things to Note:

The house is on the ground floor and has ample parking and a relaxation area around the pool. Guests have access to the beach club and beach area, and an access card is provided.



Interaction with Guests:

Upon your arrival, entry is remote. I will send the access details and codes 24 hours in advance. This will be done either through the channel.



It is important to submit the names and ID numbers before your arrival to complete the security registration.
