Leuk hotel
Hotel op zich is leuk. Tuktuk-chauffeur zette mij af op de verkeerde plaats. Smerige toegangsweg. Moeilijk te vinden de eerste keer.

Magnífico haveli
El haveli muy bonito, todo con mucho detalle. El desayuno muy rico y el personal súper amable. Contratamos desde allí la excursión al desierto y fue un acierto. Volvería sin duda

Hospitality at its best...Mr. Abdul Manager is very welcoming and helpful. You will get a full view of Sonar Kella from the Roof Top resturant. Cleanliness and facility are at its best.

Hotel is very neat and clean. Very friendly staff. Hotel owner Abdul upgraded us with a deluxe room though we had booked a standard room.Excellent service. Beautiful roof top open air restaurant. Easy accessibility to jaisalmer bus stand and railway station. We recommend one and all to come and stay in this hotel for a lifetime experience.

Best hotel in jaisalmer!
Wonderful stay, the room was fantastic, hot showers the best I've had in India. Huge bed and TV with all the sports channels, staff were great and offered me a range of rooms to choose from.

Good hotel
The hotel allowed me to change my stay to 2 days later due to the last minute change in my itinerary. They also picked me up from the train station, and droped me off when I checked out. Overall the building's condition is new, clean and comfortable. It is only 10 minute walk to the fort. It's a shame i only spend a night out of 2 nights booked at the hotel. Check-out time is really early though, 10AM

The accommodations are really nice specially affordability and location. The exterior and sandstone interiors help in capturing the feel and aesthetics of Jaisalmer brilliantly (but would like to note that we also noticed most of the hotel 'havelis' have similar decor as well). The food in the upstairs cafe was decent but definitely could be improved upon. More food specialities known to Jaisalmer were missing from the menu which is prevalent in most other places and they are not very flexible with customisations to the food (eg. making scrambled eggs/oats with no diary and the such). The staff itself is extremely friendly, informative, would like to mention Abdul at front desk is the prime example, making sure we were comfortable and helped us immensely with arranging transportation and the drivers charged fair rates (which they do not always do for tourists).

Nice little boutique hotel but in a bad area
Very polite and hospitable staff. The owner was very helpful and arranged for desert safari and it was an excellent experience. The rooftop restaurant served good food. The only complaint we had was the hygiene of the area right outside the hotel - there was garbage everywhere and pigs making merry in open sewage lines which made us very uncomfortable. Other than that we had a very pleasant stay in Jaisalmer.

c'est un haveli en décor " carton pâte " mais au moins moderne; les propriétaires sont charmants ainsi que le personnel mais pas très pro, pas de ménage dans la chambre exigüe pendant notre séjour, beaucoup de bruit et de lumière , la nuit des hordes de chiens errants sillonnent les ruelles , le restaurant sent l'amateurisme total, beaucoup de progrès sont à faire

Schönes Hotel, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Waren in einer Dreiergruppe unterwegs und es ist ein ExtraBett ohne große Umstände bereitgestellt worden

整體來說很棒,外觀很精緻,房間內乾淨整齊。管家Aki就像朋友一般隨時提供旅行建議、路線,碰巧遇到對面婚禮,管家也很熱心陪我進去一起慶祝。飯店離城堡一小段距離,散步過去大約20分鐘,還算可以接受的距離。
