The best hotel in Ancol area.
The hotel quality is beyond my expectation since I stayed here when the hotel name was Raddin Hotel about 20 yrs ago. It's a much much better hotel now. I need a family room but I mistakenly booked deluxe room. I asked the receptionist whether I can upgrade to family room with additional price but family room was fully booked. Then the very kind receptionist gave me a surprise: she upgraded my room to suite room with no additional charges! The room was huge with 2 toiletes, 1 bathtub+1 shower, 2 tvs, 1 living room, 2 queen size comfortable spring bed, and a very large window. I will definitely stay again in this hotel whenever I visit Ancol

Schöner Pool in großem, leeren Hotel
Das Hotel ist ganz ok, vor allem der Pool hat mir gefallen. Es waren kaum Gäste im Hotel, man fühlte sich deshalb fast wie in einem Geisterhotel. Hat aber auch seine Vorteile.

Major refurbishment work through the night
Could be a nice hotel, stuck away in one corner of the Ancol theme/holiday park. Unfortunately, 20-45 mins walk to anything of interest (restaurants, bars) alongside water drainage ditches with a healthy population of mosquitos and rats. What should have been a shorter and more pleasant walking/jogging path across Ecopark to Mercure hotel was closed at Discovery hotel end. Further detrimental, building work going on during major refurbishment day and night. Being woken at 03:30am to the sound of drills and cloud of brick dust floating over the pool area is not ideal when you have jet lag from +8h time difference and are working in conference rooms 14 hours an day. Not recommended for business travellers.

Wifi susah connect pd awalnya. Malam hari setelah komplain kembali, baru didatangi teknisi utk perbaikan. Kunci kamar sy sampe 3x bolak balik kebawah krn errror card setiap kali mau masuk kamar, padahal utk kunci kamar ini pake deposit segala 100rb. Dan sy deposit utk 2 kartu. Breakfast di ballroom jd kayak kondangan, pilihan sedikit dan standar. Mungkin krn lg renovasi kali yah

후기를 많이 참고하는 편인데 딱히 평가가 좋지 않아서 망설였다. 기대를 하지 않고 가서인지 첫 느낌은 그리 나쁘지 않았다. 체크인도 신속하게 문제없이 끝냈고 직원들은 과하게 친절하지도 그렇다고 불친절하지도 않았다. 방은 깔끔해 보이고 딱히 불편한 점은 없었다. 하지만 들어섰을때 살짝 곰팡이 냄새가 났다. 그건 에어컨 온도를 낮춤으로 해결할 수 있다. 문제는 개미가 있다는거다. 호텔방안에서 개미를 본 건 처음이라 조금 불쾌했지만 나라 특성상 이해하기러 했다. 저녁은 룸서비스로, 아침은 뷔페로 먹었는데 그건 역시 다른 후기들처럼 실망스러웠다. 딱히 두번 먹고 싶지 않은 맛들이었다. 로비에 있는 카페 커피는 정말 맛이 없어서 비추다. 수영장은 아담하고 아이들 놀기에는 딱 좋다. 하루정도는 아이들과 수영하면서 보내도 괜찮을 것 같다. 크게 기대하지 않고 간다면 가격대비 괜찮은 호텔이라고 생각한다

Great place for family gathering
checking in was taking such a long time. I have to queue for about 20 minutes probably. Once it was my turn, the process itself also take about 15-20 minutes, and I have to wait around 1 hour for my room to be ready as it was not cleaned yet. Not forgetting that the hotel change the room that I booked as the room was out. Other than the check-in, facilities was fantastic. We travelled with lots of families member and the room was spacious

酒店比較不太整潔
酒店內浴室設備和用品簡陋,毛巾黑色,床單有血積,有點恐怖! 酒店有點老化,門也有老化聲音,吱吱聲聽到也起雞皮!本人最基本希望酒店是整潔但不滿意這點。

Huoneessa haisi pahalta ensiksi, mutta henkilökunta laittoi suitsukkeita, jolloin haju häipyi. Huone pelkistetty. Huone oli toisessa kerroksessa ruokailutilan takana, jolloin äänet herättivät aamulla.

It is quite a good hotel, considering the price.
Good hotel for the price. The buffet is amazing but make sure you show up at 9. By 9:30, there will be no food left. I recommend to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. The bathroom is borderline in term of cleanliness. But.,, it is south east Asia. With humidity, it is expected.

仕事上の理由があって利用しました。 アンチョールという巨大エンターテイメントパークの中にあるだけあって、地元のファミリーでににぎわってました。週末の滞在ということもあったので、ホテル内はにぎやか過ぎるくらいの盛り上がり。 部屋にドライヤーがなかったこと以外は、清潔でサービスのレベルも大会と思いました。

Overall not good
was much nois from outside, the air conditioning was not good, expensive if you want something to eat ore drink at the hotell. It was way to much chlorine in the pool. The service on the workers was excellent. I will not use this hotell again.

Away from pollution & traffic.
Hotel great, just a little way to go on customer service. Discovery are still on with their refurb,it's looking good. This is a great place to stay away from pollution & traffic. Ancol has great food & bars. The down side to Ancol like everywhere we go in Indonesia no investment looking tired, yes you are by the sea but would you swim no! Also make sure you get a receipt from the hotel or you will have to pay everytime you renter Ancol. We would say that overall tourism is next nonexistent. Indonesia needs to get its act together.

hospitality at its best
i have been to many hotels but the hospitality i received from this hotel was unique. From the reception staff to the housekeeping staff , each and every one gave personal attention to us. I must specially appreciate the restaurant staff. we were so surprised to the level of care they took to us. when they found that my 5 year old kid is having problem with finding Indian food, the restaurant manager came up to us and offered us Indian styled curry and rice which was not in the menu. and for the breakfast he offered Indian style tea which made us feel more homely...the kids activities and the pool is great and the health club is superb with very experienced staff who gave us nice massage. the prices where not expensive, the hotel itself is ideally located around the attractions of Ancol. if you are travelling with your family this is the best place to choose. we stayed in the top floor. the room was a bit hot may be because it was to top most floor and the roof was quiet high and there was no false sealing. otherwise the room is very clean with good view. surroundings are clean and safe.
