Room in the Morissey are called studio's and that probably because of their size. Instead of a small room, it is spacious and that makes it feel more comfortable. The rooms themselves are as one would expect in a decent hotel. They are clean, all the standard stuff is there and they allow you to actually walk in them.
The only problem I encountered was the nearby mosque. I doubt you can avoid it easily in Jakarta, but for a non-muslim it is not the nicest thing to be awoken at 4 AM, by the mosque.
Good earplugs help a lot here.
The staff is very friendly and they make sure everything you want/need is taken care of. Good hotel, good spacious room.
