They should fix the air conditioning in the rooms. Even though they moved me to 3 different rooms, the air conditioning is all below par. I would prefer to use their thick blanket to its full usage. The spa on the 5th level is no longer free or charge, but if you're staying there, it's 50% off. Sauna and the baths look pretty nice. Fix the AC!

WORN DOWN HOTEL. Needs immediate renovation
The lobby and the entrance looks nice. But positive things end here. The path from the elevator to the rooms smelled like wet carpet with molds. The ceiling was worn down and damaged. Entering their suite room, centralized aircon was leaking and could not cool the whole room, bathroom was leaking, bed sheets, blanket and pillow looked old, worn, faded and torn. Simply the worst hotel I've had in years. I immediately transferred hotel the next day.

I traveled alone for business and this is only the 3rd hotel i have stayed in in Indonesia. The rest were all 4 stars as well Hotel as a whole is rather aged.. Although the gym is new the weight machines were both under service, the spa was undergoing renovations. Room was clean but aged. Saw some green mold in the toilet shower area which was cleaned up by housekeeping the next day. Bed was really comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was good Food choices for breakfast was quite limited although they were tasty. Overall still a satisfactory stay although a little under my expectations.
