Chambres agréables mais besoin de renovation
Hôtel situé dans une zone sécurisée. Petit centre commercial à côté mais sans intérêt. Lobby agréable donnant sur la piscine. Hôtel vieillissant et ayant besoin de modernisation. Chambre très agréable avec grandes baies vitrées. Salon et chambre. Baignoire. Meubles vieillissants mais entretenus. Jolie piscine, petite et peu d’ombre. Une fois rénové, il sera superbe.

자카르타 중심가에서 약간 떨어져 있지만, 택시로 이동하기 쉬운 장소, 호텔주변에는 걸어서 가능한 로컬 식당가 및 클럽,작은몰,전철MRT역등, 늦은 아침을 좋아하시는 분들은 호텔아침결재 보다는 호텔 바로 앞 로컬식당가에서 정말 저렴하게 여러가지 음식을 즐길 수 있습니다.다만 방에 가끔 나타나는 바퀴 벌래는 때려 잡아야 한다는게,, ^^

Short two day business stay. Staff were excellent throughout - friendly, helpful and efficient. Very modern comfortable room. Bar area closes early - 8:30pm - but otherwise no complaints.

Very nice reception at check in on arrival. Rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures. My room was on 10th floor. Breakfast has a good choise of food and covers all your needs. Minus points: Ordering the inhouse dinner a la carte took more than 1 hour to be delivered, and actually food was cold. Housekeeping did not work as expected, I did ask to make up the room in the afternoon at the receiption desk, comming back late evening room was still as I left it. All in all still good experience.

Wifi and air conditioning need improvement
Great room, quite confortable. However the wifi couldn't work on the desk area of the room. It was working on the bed though. This was not convenient to work. Also the air-conditioning was working but it was quite hot on the bed area while the sofa area was ok. For business trip those 2 items are quite important... Except that the room is quite confortable and the hotel well located.

Delightful Hotel
The Groves Suites was great choice for my first visit to Jakarta. The staff was over and beyond helpful (very friendly). It us located in a very nice area. And accessible to area tourist spots. I even discovered a Street Food Market across the street from the hotel. There's even a mall entrance connected to the hotel

お湯
2度目の宿泊となりましたが、風呂のお湯か不規則に 水、湯と変わりゆっくり浸かる事が出来ませんでした。 また、チェックアウト後夜間のフライトだった為にシャワーブースを借りれるよう依頼しましたが、他ホテルと比較し劣悪に汚く、他同僚は使用したくないとなりました。ただ、フロントの方は必死にタオル、ドライヤー等を用意してくださった事には感謝します。 上記2点を改善して貰えれば、施設は古いですが、部屋の広さ、フロント親切さを加味し良いホテルになると 思います。次回は、宿泊しないかもしれません....

ジャカルタのホテル滞在
宿泊料金から言って、満足の行くサービス、部屋でした。インドネシア全般にそうなのか、高級ホテルは違うのか判りませんが、バスタブ、シャワーのお湯の温度が数分後には下がってしまうのは不満でした。やはり日本人はバスタブにゆったりと浸かりたいので、温度はキープしてもらいたいと思うしだいです。 間違えて禁煙ルームで予約していたのをフロントで喫煙ルームを見つけてくれたのは本当に助かりました。また広い部屋を毎日綺麗にしてくれましたし、飲み水のペットボトルもちゃんと補充してくれましたし、サービスには満足でした。

とても清潔感にあふれたよい部屋でした。ただ。お湯がバスタブ一杯分のようで、お湯をためたらその後お湯が出ませんでした。 スタッフの対応はとてもよくよかったです。 ショッピングモールもすぐ近くにあり、ロケーション的にも満足。 Laundryも利用しましたが、できあがりがとてもよかったです。 部屋には、アイロンも、アイロン台も装備されており、長期滞在にもとてもいいようです。朝食の品揃えもよかったです、サラダ以外は。

Checked in but the form was printed and addressing me as “Ms”. And somehow my stays are not registered on hotel.com even though I did check in and stay. The hotel must have screwed up somehow.
