'Can't beat the location and the view! Idk if it was the time of year or if it's normal but the nice & quiet we enjoyed was a rare find. You can find your solace here. The view is worth the almost 9 hr drive. However, you need to arrive during the day bc at night the propery blends in. The tree house is compact, well thought out, & decorated nicely. It would have been really nice to use the outdoor area but it was a bit nippy.'

'My family gathered here for the holidays. The home as is described online, but the "feel" can't be captured in pictures. The house immediately felt like home to all of us. We enjoyed cooking together in the open kitchen, games of pool, movies (ample lounge space). Being on the banks of the White River, campfires on cool nights and walks on the quiet rural road were highlights. We'll definitely return!'

'This morning while packing to leave we said, "We will definitely stay here again." Cottage is so clean! I love the decor. Beds comfortable. The washer/dryer amenity was great! Having TVs in living area and bedrooms was awesome! We personally loved that a train came by house twice a day because we love trains! If you don't want to hear the train, the owner has provided excellent sound reduction extras. Joey is a very kind man. That is a blessung anytime you stay in a vrbo. Highly recommend Cotter...

'My family stayed at this rental to view the total solar eclipse. The cottage was perfect for our needs! We appreciated how clean it was, including fresh white fluffy towels. Great WiFi and a comfortable reclining couch in the living area. We were able to walk down to the park for the eclipse viewing, and we couldn’t have asked for a more picturesque spot. The whole family from age 3 to 75+ had a wonderful time! Would absolutely stay in this house again. Thank you!'

'We had the best stay!! It was so quiet sitting on the deck every night. Stars galore! Owner was very friendly and great with communications. Several good restaurants in town. Beds are comfy and plenty of room, plenty of dishes. Definitely 10 out of 10 stars!! Would highly recommend if you want to float the Buffalo or visit Branson or just want some peace and quiet.'
