Great representative of a 5 star hotel.
Had an issue with the restaurant/ bar and Beverage Mgr personally intervened and resolved the issue.

'This hotel is excellent. It’s in a great location, walkable to all the restaurants and shops. The pool area is very nice. The rooms spacious and clean. Has a great breakfast included, which we only realized the second day. Can be pricey depending on when you are visiting but truly a great hotel in a great location! '

The room was ok. It was the smallest bathroom without a vent fan. I like a hot shower and without a fan it’s very steamy for a long time. Was not the cleanest place I’ve stayed. I didn’t feel as if I would catch a disease. Could have been cleaner. The sink had cracks in it.

'We stopped here for one night on our cross country road trip and it was a great place to sleep. Check in was quick, staff were friendly, and the room was super clean and modern. Very nice updated rooms compared to some Hampton Inns we stayed at on the rest of our trip. Would definitely recommend this hotel.'

'Check in was really quick and being able to do it at 3pm was really helpful for us. Everything seems clean and well maintained. The front desk staff was local and easy to work with and understand. There are plenty of dining options within half a mile as well. '
