Lake House Hideaway, 1 Mile Above Jamestown Marina !!

Ons onlangs gerenoveerde huis ligt op een heuvel direct boven het Jamestown Resort & Marina aan het prachtige Lake Cumberland. Het is gelegen aan de rand van het bos op een doodlopende weg in de Harbor Springs Gemeenschap met slechts een paar accommodaties, dus geen doorgaand verkeer, het creëren van een rustige vakantie retraite. Ons huis is volledig uitgerust voor uw familie en vrienden. We hebben een enorme betonnen oprit die geschikt is voor meerdere auto's, vrachtwagens of SUV's. Er is voldoende ruimte om uw boot, waterscooter of aanhangwagen te parkeren als u uw boot voor het weekend aanmeert.

Het huis heeft een open plattegrond waar we van houden en is geweldig om te koken, te entertainen, spelletjes te spelen, te chillen, enz. De begane grond heeft een grote slaapkamer (kingsize bed) met aangehechte ligbad, keuken, woonkamer, wasruimte / bijkeuken. De tweede verdieping heeft een geweldig uitzicht op de benedenverdieping van de uitkijkende breezeway die naar elk van de twee slaapkamers leidt. De eerste slaapkamer heeft 1 queensize bed en een stapelbed met veel ruimte om te sparen. Het heeft een aangesloten complete badkamer die ook opent naar de tweede slaapkamer op de bovenverdieping. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed. Er zijn plafondventilatoren in alle 3 de slaapkamers en de woonkamer. Alle slaapkamers hebben tv's en dvd-spelers voor uw vermakelijke behoeften.

Well appointed, clean, nicely furnished lake cottage. Great location and value, centrally located to many KY sites. We stayed here as an extended family of 7. Launched from here on side trips to the Red River Gorge, Cumberland Falls, Mammoth Cave & the Corvette Museum before departing to Louisville, stopping by Bernheim Forest and Churchill Downs, among other locations. We rented a boat at the marina for a day of tubing also. I accidentally locked myself out of the house and the owner was very kind to remedy this.

A home away from home!

We had a fabulous stay at this home and had everything that we needed. Jared was very nice and fast to response to any questions. The location was perfect for us to take our boat to put in the water. Lovely area

We were scheduled to stay but unfortunately a tornado came through the area and the home lost power. Jared, the owner, notified us as we were on our way to Lake Cumberland. He was very apologetic and graciously told us he would refund our payments. We did drive through the area before we headed back home to North Carolina and the area is lovely. We hope to return at another time. Jared has refunded a portion of our payment due to some kind of VRBO limitations but we hope to receive the balance soon. He is responsive and easy to communicate with.

my son and I tournament trip!

My son and I rented this house for a week as we were there to fish the NBAA bass tournament. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. Our 22 foot boat and truck fit in the driveway easily which was really nice. The location was perfect. We will definitely stay at this house again in the future!

We Loved It!!

For several years a small group of our friends from high school get together and go to Lake Cumberland a couple of times each summer. We all thought this was the nicest place we have ever stayed in. It is beautiful, clean, nicely decorated and the owners provided all the amenities that we needed. We definitely hope to be back next year!

Perfect location and size

This house fit our needs very well. The room layouts and having 2 bathrooms worked really well. Was a short drive to the boat ramp. The driveway was wide enough for our car and the truck and boat to park each night. We will plan to stay here again upon our return.

This is a great house for a family or group of friends. It was clean, comfortable and headroom on the porch and the kitchen and the family room for everyone to be together. Awesome Property

This property was great. The location was close to Lily Creek Ramp. It was clean and all the appliances worked and the beds were wonderful. Drive was big enough to park the F250 truck pulling the boat trailer. Neighborhood was really quiet. Hosts were wonderful and responsive to concerns. Wish I could have given them more than 5 stars. I would definitely stay here again.
