We had a wonderful stay here. Check in was easy and exactly as described in our communications. Rachel was extremely helpful and responsive when we had one small question upon arrival. The sunsets were stunning, location could not have been better. Close to restaurants, a dog park, grocery stores and a few other attractions that drew us to the area: Panama Rocks and Southern Tier Brewery. This part of the lake outside the property was pretty shallow and had a lot of vegetation. This was great for us because there was a lot of wildlife hanging out in the shallows to watch with our spotting scope. A few highlights were bald eagles, great blue herons, mallards, geese, gulls, belted kingfisher and more. The house was adorable and suited our needs perfectly. There were four of us and the (only) one bathroom was not an issue. The only negative I would say would be the lighting in the living room and dining room were not great (just two floor laps). However, the kitchen lighting was perfect and helped light up the dining room a bit when we had dinner. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the pans were in good condition! A happy surprise :) Hot tip: the cushions for the chairs on the back deck were inside the garage. We finally realized this as we were packing up to leave, whoops! Haha. Would definitely stay here again.
