'My cabin was about two feet from the roaring Big Thompson river. That was so cool. Can't imagine if the river was higher. Crazy. At first you think, wow that river is loud, but it lulls you to sleep right away. Everything was comfortable, maybe a little worn, but it was great. A bit expensive too. But the porch swing on the river was really nice.'

'Beautiful and perfect location. I enjoyed not having much wifi (had enough to book timed entry, look at weather, plan a few hikes and meals and check in with family) and my son loved the horses. We saw elk and mule deer right by the cabins and we were only like 4 minutes from Lily lake and Twin Sisters trailhead. '

'The cabin was cute , very clean and well stocked. The heat worked great and kept us warm and comfortable during the night. However, the bathroom was small and the shower was very awkward. Really only room for one person to sit at the table unless you move it out blocking the back door. '

Voldoende parkeergelegenheid in ondergronds garage. Ligt 50 m van de ski lift en beneden zijn gratis lockers voor je ski spullen. Sneeuwzeker gebied. 'It's not always that an experience lives up to your hype and expectations, but this place absolutely does! The cabin is well-equipped and cozy, just like you'd want in the middle of the woods. The deck was a great place for our family to enjoy meals, roast marshmallows, and watch hummingbirds (so many hummingbirds!). A short walk takes you to a patio by the creek, or into the woods, or up into the hills (this turns into a not-so-short, punishingly steep hike).But it's really the treehouse that...

'The stay was great. There was no hot water in our shower and the toilet in our cabin was very touchy and would often run continuously after flushing. A giggle of the handle cured the problem but if guests were not cognizant of the issue it would waste a good amount of water '

'We love Estes Park! This cabin was very close to town and was quiet. It does have some charm to it. There is a thermostat that is loose on the wall, no smoke detector in the master bedroom, some loose handles in the bathroom, and there was a ton of lint in the dryer filter, and when we did laundry, the water backed up into the tub, and the holder for the shower head is broken. 'Overall, the house was in a great location in Estes Park. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of space for bigger parties including activity/game space in garage. Downsides: Carpeting is old and stained, blinds are broken in various rooms emitting morning light, bed in master is sagging and pillows could be updated. '

We saw deer, elk and even a bear in the yard which our granddaughters thought was so cool. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. 'The property was nice. But if you’re looking for peaceful river setting it’s a no go. Property directly across river plays loud music all day. Takes away from peace & serenity of area. Also, at night the industrial area all around back has lights lit up. Just not the tranquility I thought I was paying for by the river. Property was clean and nice otherwise. Check in/out was easy.'

'We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and the gas fireplace made it very cozy. What was especially great was the distance to the RMNP entrance, which was just a hop, skip, and a jump down the road. That was very handy for our early timed entrance tickets. The only complaint we had was the mattress had a divot in the middle and could use to be updated. I could see if you have a bad back this wouldn't be a great bed for you, but it was do-able for us. Thank you for a great stay!'

"We waren in eerste instantie behoorlijk in verwarring. Hotel heette anders dan we gereserveerd hadden. Maar we werden vriendelijk ontvangen, geen probleem. Nette ruime kamer met koelkast en magnetron. Goed ontbijt met veel verse spullen. De grootste verassing was 's avonds de pizza die we gegeten hebben bij de de pizzeria aan de overkant van de straat, Antonio's. Echt fantastisch. Zo lekker hebben we ze nog nergens gegeten. En we zijn toch een paar keer in Italie geweest."

"Tijdens onze roadtrip in Amerika was dit onze ergste verblijfplaats. De eerste nacht hadden we een kamer gekregen op de gang waar een school verbleef. Heel veel lawaai en om 1 uur snachts ging het brandalarm af als grap van die groep. De tweede nacht was de school weg maar hoorden we de buren al om 6h 's ochtends muziek spelen. Wij hebben zo slecht geslapen, zonde van ons geld. Op de lakens zaten ook vlekken. "
