Villa Magnolia 1 - Warm Cozy Villa with Finnish Sauna

Welcome to Villa Magnolia, a warm and comfortable villa located in the heart of Himos, the most popular ski resort in Central Finland. The villa is situated on Länsi-Himos mountain, and it is possible to ski down to the slopes directly from the yard by taking a short route through the nearby forest. The villa features underfloor heating, a cozy fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a full set of dishes and cutlery.

The villa also offers an authentic Finnish sauna, a drying cabinet for ski gear, and a washing machine. You can enjoy barbecuing on the large terrace or in the yard—please remember to bring your own charcoal. Cleaning supplies and basic cleaning products are provided for the duration of your stay, and final cleaning is included in the price with a few exceptions, which are explained in the house rules.

The villa has two separate bedrooms and a loft. The master bedroom on the ground floor features a 160 cm wide double bed, while the second ground-floor bedroom has two separate single beds. The loft upstairs is an open sleeping area with two separate single beds. Bed linen and towels are not included in the stay, so please bring your own or purchase them from the host for an additional fee; they will be delivered to the villa in advance of your arrival. Standard-size pillows and duvets are provided in every bedroom.

A limited amount of firewood is provided for the first uses of the fireplace. Additional firewood can be purchased from the host for an extra fee or obtained elsewhere.
