'Veel te duur voor wat het is. Mijn kamer werd zelfs niet opgemaakt.
Vraag voor late check out was niet mogelijk .
Slechts 1 restaurant waar buffet of a la carte kan worden besteld. Dit laatste is zeer duur wanneer men een steak neemt .

'My room was well decorated with high quality finishes. The restaurant area was large, bright and cheery. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. I have two somewhat negative comments. First, very few of the staff spoke English. Finally, the hotel does not have heat. I was chilly for four days..... Overall, I highly recommend this property, especially at their room rates. I would stay there again without question.'

'We had a luxury hotel experience here, with excellent meals and great amenities. I have 2 remarks though. Firstly, the level of English of some of the reception staff was a bit lacking, which made it difficult to communicate with them. Secondly, when checking in, a R$400 charge was taken from my credit card as a safety. 'the location of the hotel is excellent. however, it is not a five star hotel. four stars maximum, if not less. elevators are not working half of the time. staff at the reception and in the restaurant are a mixture of highly motivated professionals and rude and indifferent employees. the pool on the 14th floor is a sad, tiny, overheated bathtub. not one employee in sight while I was there. complimentary water in the room is there on the first day but was never replaced on the following days. on...
