'Overall we had a good experience. However, lack of kitchen essentials, grass not being cut, and some areas of house need more attention to detail (Bathroom had some minor mold in tub and on shower liner. The air vents need to be cleaned as it was dusty.) Other than these minor discrepancies, the house is close to beach, main road, grocery store etc. The neighborhood was quite. The size of house had more than enough room for us 2 people.'

'Seems strange but the property was all but empty, off season, yet the room above us was booked with noisy guests and we were put in a room with a parking lot view when better views were available. 'Pamela's voh18 was perfect for an extended family getaway. We had 16 guests (8 adults and 8 kids). 'We had a wonderful stay at this property in Kill Devil Hills. The owner/manager Joe and his wife were very responsive to our requests and went above and beyond in their hospitality. 'Comfortable place to stay in every way. Front and back porch were used every day, weather was outstanding and the beach a short walk from the house. We met up with old friends for this trip and the house was a perfect place for us to relax and catch up with each other. 'Plenty of room for 10 people. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool and the hot top were cleaned twice while we were staying at the house (6 nights). The house could use some deep cleaning. There were spider webs in many rooms. One thing to consider is the distance to the beach. It is a hike to get to the beach so be aware especially if you have kids. Also, there were no instructions in the house for things like trash pick-up days (Wednesdays & Saturdays). Overall we all enjoyed our stay :)'
