Nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountain Range, the Big Canoe Community is teaming with amenities including a 27-Hole Golf Course and Clubhouse, Three Lakes and a Marina, a Beach Club, Swimming Pools, a Sandy Beach, Fishing, numerous Parks & Trails, and more.

The Space

Our Cabins/Villas are fully equipped and sleep a Maximum of 8 and feature 2 Spacious Bedrooms with King or Queen Sized Beds, 2 Full Bathrooms, a Loft Area with an additional 2 Single Beds, plus a pull-out Queen Sleeper Couch. These Villas are recently refurbished with new LVP Flooring, Granite Counter, new Dishwashers, Stoves, Microwave Ovens and Refrigerators, plus renovated bathrooms and lovely new white walls. Each has an outdoor balcony with views of the wooded surrounds and where you can enjoy a cocktail as the sunsets, or spot deer, foxes, turnkeys and a plethora of other birds.

Other things to note

The Marina rents electric pontoon boats and the lake is stocked with fresh trout. The community also provides numerous court sports options, including tennis, pickleball, and bocce, ensuring ample opportunities for recreation and social interaction, while the wellness center provides state-of-the-art fitness equipment and a spa. The newly renovated (opening Summer 2025) multimillion-dollar clubhouse serves as a central hub for dining and events.
