Our cabin features 5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. We are located 1.5 miles east of Jasper, AR. Our cabin offers everything your family may need to enjoy a getaway near the Little Buffalo River - a hot tub, mountain views, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, privacy, and fire pits.

All five cabins on this road are available to rent, making it the perfect destination for a family reunion or group retreat.

Guests have full access to the cabin 24/7, allowing you to come and go as you please. With an electronic keypad on the front door, there are no keys to keep track of!

☆ AWD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ☆
Please be advised that the final road leading to the cabin features a steep incline. It is strongly recommended, especially during the winter season, to arrive in a vehicle equipped with all-wheel drive (AWD) if available. While it is possible to ascend the hill without an AWD vehicle, having one will significantly enhance traction and improve your safety while navigating the road.

☀ If You Bring More Guests Than Are Reflected on Your Reservation, You May Be Asked to Leave Without a Refund.

☀ There is a $250 Pet Fee For Up to Two Pets.

☀ An Additional Fee Will Be Charged To Your Reservation If Pet Droppings Are Left Inside Or Outside.

☀ No Large Gatherings Or Events Over Occupancy Are Allowed Unless Discussed And Approved Prior To Booking With Your Host. You May Be Subject To Additional Event Fees And Security Deposits.

☀ Please Keep the Cover On the Hot Tub When Not in Use.

☀ Rinse Off Before Entering Hot Tub to Remove Oils, Lotion, Sweat, or Other Contaminants To Maintain the Optimal Functioning of the Hot Tubs Filtration System.

☀ After 48 Hours From Booking Your Reservation, We Do Not Accept Alterations to Your Reservation.

☀ For added peace of mind, we HIGHLY recommend purchasing Travel Insurance.

☀ NO REFUNDS will be issued for circumstances beyond our control, including inclement weather, health-related issues, or other unforeseen/extenuating circumstances.

☀ No Smoking Is Allowed. Violation of This Rule May Result in a $2,000.00 Smoke Damage Fee.

☀ The Minimum Age to Book is 25 Years Old.

☀ Please Dispose of Trash in Tied Trash Bags In The Two Metal Cans Located Outside. Please Make Sure The Lids Are Always Shut At All Times To Avoid WildLife Getting Into The Trash.

☀ Do Not Exceed 6 Bags of Trash During Your Stay.


☆ EMBRACING THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT ☆
Our mountain home is a fortunate haven surrounded by the wonders of nature. However, it's important to keep in mind that various critters call our neighborhood home. Although we have an exceptional cleaning team and make every effort to keep them away, we cannot guarantee that they won't occasionally make an appearance. You can assist in minimizing the chances of such encounters by promptly cleaning up any crumbs or spills, and securely disposing of trash in the designated cans outside.

☆ SEASONAL FIREPLACE ☆
We love cozy fireplaces as much as the rest, however during the warmer months we cannot allow them to be ran. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THE FIREPLACE FROM MAY 1 - NOVEMBER 1ST.

We use Happy Guest to place a $500 security hold before check-in. Don’t worry, it’s not a charge, just a temporary hold for security purposes. Just a little peace of mind for everyone!

Easy Check-In Process for your rental agreement, ID verification, & security hold or a non-refundable damage deposit. It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone!
