This traditional house steeped in history and completely renovated was originally the post office of the village. Located 30 minutes from Troyes, 40 minutes from the Champagne vineyards, 25 minutes from the great lakes and 10 minutes from the Brienne le Château aerodrome.
Spacious and quiet, it is perfectly suited for families with children in particular.
It is conditioned to comfortably accommodate 12 people but has 16 sleeping places in total. When you arrive at the property, you will have plenty of room to park 5 cars.

Your arrival can be done independently thanks to the secure key box.
The entrance opens onto an open kitchen equipped with everything necessary to satisfy a cook, household appliances (dishwasher, traditional coffee maker, toaster, waffle iron, crepe maker, raclette machine, fondue machine, blender) with various bowls, dishes, and other utensils.
The dining room, bright, has a table that can accommodate 12 people.
You will find the TV in the independent lounge area.
The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and ironing facilities.

Yellow room on the first floor, a 190*140 bed and a 190*90 bed
Pink room upstairs, a 200*160 bed and a 190*90 bed

Blue room upstairs, two 190*140 beds and a 190*90 bed.
The bathroom on the first floor has a walk-in shower.
The upstairs bathroom has a large bathtub.
Both have a hot water reserve of 600 liters, the last one to take his shower will have hot water too.
The house has 2 separate toilets, one on the first floor and the other upstairs.
You will find everything you need for baby (High chair, travel cot, baby bath, changing table and gate for the stairs).
Outside, you will find a south-facing wooden terrace with garden furniture, pergola and gas barbecue. The garden with trees has a swing.
An electric car charging station is 200 metres from the cottage.
Arrival times can be flexible if there is no departure and arrival on the same day.
The beds are made and you have towels available.
