This comfortable, modern and bright apartment has 102 m² and is decorated with an exclusive design. This spacious apartment has 3 beautiful bedrooms accommodating up to 7 people. One of the bedrooms has a double bed with an ensuite bathroom and access to the terrace. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed, and the third has a trundle bed. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower.

The entire stay is distributed on a single level, and also offers a fully equipped independent kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, water boiler, juicer and plates and bowls. The spacious living room has a dining table and a comfortable sofa, flat-screen satellite TV, free WiFi and double doors that open to a wonderful large terrace with a dining table and a relaxation area.

In the common areas of the residence, there is a garden with a large pool for adults and a smaller one for children.
