Lovely Stay
The property was as advertised. Excellent position for shops, beach and restaurants and bars. The apartment was clean and all facilities required for a good holiday. Pam was responsive to messages and gave us lots of help and information. We will return if visiting Javea in the future.

Thank you for staying in our apartment and for writing a review, we are pleased you had a lovely holiday. The table folds and is very easy to move onto the balcony along with the chairs if you prefer to eat there. It is just our personal preference to keep the table and chairs in the lounge and have comfy seating on the balcony. The 5 steps up to the lift are clearly listed in our advert. Belle surprise
Je viens depuis plus de 30 ans à Javea mais lors de ce séjour j’étais sans voiture. La situation est donc juste idéale pour profiter de la plage et des restaurants lorsque l’on est à pied. La résidence est très agréable autour de sa piscine exceptionnelle. La propriétaire Pam est charmante. Je recommande pour qui veut passer un très bon séjour.

Una urbanización preciosa! La casa está en perfecto estado, totalmente equipada. La ubicación no podría estar mejor, está a dos minutos de la playa andando y de las zonas de ocio. La anfitriona súper amable y muy atenta. Un 10!

We enjoyed our visit to Javea mainly because of the location. It was a short walk to the beach and supermarket. The apparent was small bet big enough for us. We spent a lot of time in the sun room. An enclosed balcony with a glass front which could be opened or closed.

Was very happy with our stay and felt very welcomed by Pam. She was easy to contact and the apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The location is perfect for beach access and all the restaurants are close by. The pool at the apartment is also lovely. Will definitely come again!

Schöner Urlaub an einem wunderschönen Strand
Top: Lage: nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt Pool: gerade nachmittags, wenn es am Strand zu heiß wurde, ein toller Ort der Entspannung, Schattenplätze vorhanden, Wasser mit guter Qualität, es gab keine strengen Pool-Regeln, nur das Spielen mit Bällen war untersagt. Sauberkeit: nichts zu beanstanden, alles in Ordnung Preis/Leistung: absolut in Ordnung Flop: Schlafplätze: Uns war bei der Buchung bewusst, dass es nur ein Schlafzimmer gab. Da das Appartement aber für 4 Personen buchbar war, sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass unsere Kinder auf einer Schlafcouch übernachten könnten. Uns wurde ein Airbed (größere Luftmatratze für 2 Personen) ins kleine Wohnzimmer gestellt, leider war diese defekt, sie hat die Luft nicht gehalten. Glücklicherweise lebt mein Schwager in der Nähe von Javea, er hat uns mit 2 Matratzen ausgeholfen. Fazit: Wir hatten einen Top-Urlaub - aber auch nur, weil unsere Jungs pflegeleicht sind und sich mit den Schlafgegebenheiten arrangiert haben. Für eine vierköpfige Familie ist die Unterkunft vor allem dann zu empfehlen, wenn sich der Vermieter eine Ausziehcouch o.ä. anschafft.
