Thank you kindly for your feedback following your stay at our apartment with sea views in Port area. We were sorry to hear that the apartment was not suitable for you, but would like to confirm that all descriptions are accurate and in no way misleading. The wooden board in the shower has been removed for security reasons, if you had informed us about this during your stay we would have had it removed by the apartment management company. Security of our guests is always paramount. The apartment is very good for people with mobility issues as there is a ramp up to the entrance and a lift to both floors of the duplex apartment. Concerning the key holder, I was informed that someone could be with you within 30 minutes of your request unfortunately at that moment it was just not possible to get there quicker. Many thanks for your review, Paul!. It's true, it's a fantastic apartment and the location is amazing :) I'm sorry that you did not have a kettle. Our Russell Hobbs was in repair. We have many English guests and we know that the kettle is essential!... Thank you very much for your comments, they make us improve even more if possible!

Many thanks Hilary for your positive review! I believe that there should be few apartments with this location. It is perfect to have breakfast in the morning on the terrace with the sunrise over the beach. Or you can walk 30 meters and ask for a great breakfast at "La Esquina" one of the most famous bars of Javea Port promenade ;) I hope to see you again! Vicente.

Hola Terry, thank you for taking the time to write your review :) It was regrettable that the ground works taking place very nearby happened just as you arrived, nobody could have forecast that, I am deeply sorry. However, we are very pleased that we were able to find you alternative accommodation in a luxurious location, no sea view, but with very calm, a heated indoor pool, Jacuzzi and gym, I hope that this went someway to compensate for the move.
