Villa Balconet by Villa Plus

Perched above the inviting resort of Javea, this grand villa offers some of the best views you’ll come across in the region. Interiors are spacious, airy and modern, with large picture windows that allow you to indulge in the views. The accommodation is split across 2 floors – a great choice for large families and groups alike. Just a short drive downhill is the main beach of Javea, Arenal, and the promenade with plenty of bars, restaurants and entertainment. The Port and the lively Old Town are also easily reachable by car. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/ heating in all the bedrooms are included.

Villa Balconet is located in the popular Javea area and a little over 5 minutes’ drive from the lovely Arenal Beach. The coastline also has many coves and 'mirador' (extensive views of Javea) to discover. Javea has so much to offer and is just over 10 minutes’ drive from the villa. From the historic, cobbled streets and lively atmosphere of the Old Town to the plentiful bars and restaurants of the Arenal and the Port, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
