'The Rolling Hills symbolizes luxury from the past, but fails to adapt to modern times. The hotel staff obeys to strict protocol of impeccable service, but to an extend that makes it very impersonal. The rooms are spacious, but lack simple things like phone chargers or even power sockets near the bed. The light switches are on the wall, which doesn't help either. The dining places in the hotel are pricey but decent, but close already round 9pm which is a bit early after a longer day of work. Same...

'The communication with the property management was no existent. We sent messages that were never replied to. Check in and out was terrible. If it wasn’t for some kind people helping us out we would have never got in the room. The self check in kiosk didn’t work and the only provided a local phone number to call in case of need.
