'No problem with check-in and check-out. Staff was nice, but room service man obviously didn’t speak English when we were reporting that the toilet paper dispenser broke during our stay. The thing about this hotel is that it is older, with aging elements that need to be upgraded, and things left unfixed such as holes in the wall, need for repainting, need for new carpet in the hallways, and need for deep-cleaning of some things.'

'Limited parking at the property, with high end cars taking handicapped spaces. No cooking utensils for full kitchen, no sheets or blankets for the pull out couch. Suites are by no means soundproof (can hear guests in adjacent suites using washroom) and the cleaning staff is extremely loud. Limited breakfast, and the breakfast manager was more interested in phone than keeping dining area clean.'

'Horrrrrrible. Everything about this ‘hotel’ was horrible. Everything was beyond poor. The bed, cleanliness, amenities, friendliness, no water kettle which is a basic thing and they don’t even sell hot water at the front desk. Bad smell, even in the non-smoking rooms you can smell the cigarettes and joint. As if you’re a smoker yourself. OMG… I will neverrrr go back again and I would NOT recommend anybody staying at this poor and cheap hotel! The ONLY positive thing is that it is WELL located!'

'Zeer leuke en verzorgde loft. Knap ingericht. Alle uitrusting is aanwezig. De gasten worden in de watten gelegd. We logeerden met onze 2 kinderen in de loft Betsy die op de eerste verdieping ligt (handig want er is geen lift in het gebouw). Leuke buurt. Kortom een aanrader!'

I have a problem with the cleanliness of the room, the room was described you have a balcony (there was no balcony), also there was no lock on the door leading on the ledge (I had to prop a chair on the door for the lock), outlets did not work either, and the floor was not clean.'
