Ridgeline A-Frame, close to Smugglers Notch and Stowe with amazing views!

Welcome to Ridgeline A-Frame, a thoughtfully restored 1974 A-Frame tucked into the mountains of Northern Vermont. 5 minutes from Smugglers' Notch Resort and 15 minutes to Stowe (via Route 108), this cozy retreat offers sweeping views of Sterling Ridge, peaceful mountain surroundings, and neighboring horses grazing close by. Perfect for skiing, hiking, relaxing, and unplugging in every season. You will have the entire place to yourself; the hosts reside on property in separate building. Please note, while the horses next door are very close, they are not part of the vrbo property or experience. Please no trespassing, and absolutely no feeding of the horses. They are older gentlemen with special diet needs; property boundaries are clearly marked. In the house, you will find a spacious guest room with a Queen Bed and a Primary Suite with a large King Bed. Each bedroom has a full bathroom right across the hall and both have air conditioning units in the summertime. The upstairs bathroom in the Primary Suite has a large bathing tub overlooking the barn/mountain with a detachable shower head from the faucet. The downstairs bathroom has the traditional shower. As you walk in, the wow factor is the living room with the ceiling peak at 28 feet tall. However, in nice weather, the wrap around porch with expansive views of Sterling Ridge and our four-legged neighbors is probably where you will find yourself. As mentioned, the hosts reside full time in the detached building and are here to help with your stay if needed. We ask that guests park in the two designated parking spots at the top of the driveway. We can accommodate more than two vehicles, just give us advance notice. The basement remains locked during your stay as it is used for storage. We also aim not to use the backyard or firepit during your stay, so you have exclusive access to the area and beautiful surroundings. You will probably see us during snow/ trash removal and when the horses need to be fed. For the horse's safety and your pets' safety, we have a very strict no pet/dog policy. Arriving with a pet may result in immediate termination of reservation. The woodstove is not intended for guest use at this time.
