Smugglers’ is a self-contained mountain resort village where each neighborhood, from wooded seclusion to close proximity to the Village Center, features exclusive amenities. From award-winning children’s programs to one of the best skiing and snowboarding experiences in the East, a vacation here is one that will be talked about for years to come.

Condos are assigned at check-in, but will match the essential parameters, number of bedrooms, sleeping capacity etc. Typically, the 2 bedroom condos are located in one of Aspens, Sycamores or Tamaracks.

Guests have full access to the amenities of the community the condo is located within Smugglers' Notch.

A resort fee (per reservation) will be collected at check-in that covers wifi access, the Notch Card (a personalized RFID access card to Smuggs, which is issued to each guest up to the occupancy of the condo). The fee covers guest text notification system, local calls, and other services and amenities to enhance your stay.

Free, on-demand shuttle available to take you and your guests anywhere within the resort.

Wyndham guests can optionally purchase the Daycation Pass that gets associated with
(placed on) your Notch Card.

Winter Daycations are available December 7th - April 7th

Smugglers' offers a variety of award-winning family activities and Winter events* plus some great discounts on your ski and snowboard needs. Discounts are available during non-holiday periods. (Fall) Use of Mountain Bike trail network and skills park PLUS: Bingo, guided walks and offsite walking tours, evening family entertainment, bingo, live entertainment, bonfire sing-along, volleyball, shuffleboard, Welcome Orientation on Monday, basketball, tennis, mini-golf, family games, disc golf and more!

*Fee based activities such as Massage sessions, Artists in the Mountains, Zip Line Canopy Tours, snowmobile tours and dog sledding are additional and are not covered by the general facilities fee.

01. Reservations must be in the name of someone at least 21 years of age (proper photo ID must be shown at check-in). Other guests need not be at least 21 years of age.

02. After booking, the name(s) (up to two) and addresses of who will be checking in must be provided prior to the guest's arrival. 

03. Failure to provide reservation name(s) may result in the guest not being able to check-in when the guest arrives at the property.

04. Check-in / Check-out: 5 PM / 10 AM (unless otherwise specified)

05. A credit card pre-authorization or cash deposit will be required upon check-in.

06. Suites are assigned at check-in so  location within the resort varies. We can have the reservation annotated for your preference and the resort staff will do their best to accommodate based on location availability.

07. We are not responsible for limited or no access to amenities due to government regulations, resort policy, discontinuation or maintenance.

08. Late Arrivals: Please notify the resort of your late arrival and check-in no later than 48 hours after your scheduled arrival date. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation without notification.

09. Your safety is very important to us, so we closely follow local regulations for maximum occupancy per unit.

10. Out of respect for all our guests, pets are not permitted. Please feel free to contact the resort prior to your arrival so that we may assist you in locating a local boarding facility.

11. Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all affiliated locations.

12. No smoking is allowed in the suite. Failure to comply may result in a fine.

13. Attending a seminar or presentation is not required as part of the booking. If you are made an offer to attend, you are under no obligation to do so. Attending a seminar or presentation is the sole choice of the renter, if offered.
